Given the strange way deliveries are being shipped and prioritised, anything I say will be a guess.
I would recommend creating a ticket as it may have been forgotten.
That said, I received my free gift and the printer has never arrived, it is lost somewhere in the depot and BL has chosen the “don’t respond to tickets option with me.”
if we do not receive the package tomorrow day 20, then what do you think if we all get together and put a complaint, I bought this printer on the 24th, since the 29th I have not received any update, they tell me that tomorrow will be in my house, but it is still pending to be updated, this seems to me a deception, it is going for a month, also I paid by paypal, if I do not receive my package I will get my money back at least, 30 days lost without receiving any response on the ticket and without receiving any compensation for almost 30 days.
My printer went out today and the filament yesterday. Filament arrived today. The printer (P1S Combo) will arrive tomorrow 20.12. I ordered on 12.12.
I didn’t contact support.
Well, payed 16 euro for shipping (so I see it as a small compensation for my shipping costs) and finally received my p1s in good condition just 2 days ago.
It’s more about, if they promise it, they also have to follow up on it right !?
It’s not just BambuLab that has to deliver during the holidays. During this time I have placed many other orders from different countries (including China) and all of them have been delivered on time. I also had the same problem with BambuLab during quiet delivery times, where deliveries arrived very late and the tracking status was useless. A good product is only GOOD if there is good service behind it.
You can invest the compensation in your service. Lost time is not easy to replace.
I’m thinking my order was just forgotten. People in the same region (Canada) have started to receive their printers and I’m still waiting at ‘order pending’. It’s been 25 days since my order was placed
Got lucky here, and I think that some of you will be too. sorry for those that are still waiting after weeks of silence, this post is not of any help.
Ordered printer x1c and some items the 12th Dec. I live in the EU in a country next to Germany. Items were dispatched from Winit warehouse. Accessories got sent out and delivered in a couple of days. The printer, a dpd shipment, got no updates on tracking just until this morning and is now delivered.
I’ve done 10 orders in the last few months in Australia. Most were shipped within a few days and with the usual delay to cart across the entire country to the west, arrived without issue. I do have one order where it’s partially fulfilled, thus got the email and code. However I’m pretty sure everything is here… it would be nice to be able to see which items are marked shipped.
Anyway amongst all the negativity just wanted to say your aussie distribution team/partners are doing a pretty good job.
I just received my P1s combo this morning with one additional Filament of PLA Basic splited into two packages.
I ran the starter kit and printed the Benchy.
No major issue observed (2 Minors but I will not follow up: small scratch in the enclosure and the printer’s door in friction with the enclosure).
It remains my last bulk of 8 filaments still in BL warehouse, but at this stage I considered myself lucky in comparison to people that have ordered last month and still waiting and because I received the printer first.
Emotionally, it was the roller coaster to get this package with all the negative comments and anxious communication that created a vicious circle but as said I considered myself lucky and wish to people in this thread a good luck and happy holidays.
Guys, you need to understand that although you’re expressing your complaints on a Bambu owned and managed forum, no Bambu staff will be reading your posts, and in the very rare occasions when they do (i.e. @SupportAssistant ), you won’t get any answers to your questions, nor will you receive anything else besides what you get when you submit your tickets . All you will get here are the answers provided by some of your fellow users, and a better understanding of how many of you are in the same situation. This topic, next to a few others could be your best evidence to help you decide whether you would want to spend more money with Bambu. Just saying.
Don’t get me wrong; I’m neither a Bambu hater nor a Bambu fanboy. I’m just a consumer like everyone else here, who over time (since I’ve bought my X1+accessories and spares) has learned, the hard way, a harsh lesson, and became a pragmatic.
