Canada is not part of the US section of their statement. I asked customer service about that yesterday. Canada’s deadline is Dec 24 (or absolutely nothing happens haha)

A printer? Where is it shipping from?
Io sto cercando di annullare l’ordine tramite PayPal, è una pressa per i fondelli le mille balle che si inventano! Io con 20€ non ci faccio nulla! Nemmeno una bobina riesco a prendermi! Con tutti i soldi che si spendono per le loro stampanti dovrebbero essere più attenti con i clienti! La mia stampate è in viaggio da 20 giorni ma risulta sempre ferma in Germania! Pessima esperienza con Bamulab! Amici che hanno ordinato Creality in 3/5 giorni è arrivata senza problemi!
On December the 10th I’ve ordered X1C printer with AMS + a ton of filaments and accessories and the printer is still not with DHL, while the accessories are on the way.
Not much use of these accessories and filaments without the printer.
Quite disappointing really, especially to hear that it is not first come first served basis 
Still waiting for part of my shipping, ordered on 26 of Nov. I have submit two tickets, and BL provide copy/pasty answers, that everything will be done in 5 days. I almost sure nothing will be changed on 20 of Dec. too. Therefore, it will be 30 days passed soon, from payment moment and I will be glad to inform EU authorities about this situation. Suggest after this BL will get enough motivation to proceed with order or make a refund.

Their crisis communication mentions that package will be shipped the 20th meaning hand over to carrier and carrier have their own delivery delays, not that customers will receive the 20th.
At the condition indeed that they observe their commitment.

Hi, I’ve ordered my printer on 10th of december, no movment until 18th. Now status is
“19 Dec, 2024 02:01 Mörsdorf (DE),In transit.” - looks like moving (ordered from PL). Sent via DPD.
Did anybody receive the promised compensation discount code for the delays ?

EU authorities will do exactly nothing about this. If you’re lucky enough to live in a member state with strong consumer protections maybe there is a national agency.
I have ordered the a1 combo with gifts. The printer has already delivered but I didn’t recieved the gifts. Only 1 small box with the printer. Is that everyting or is there coming more?
The free gift is not sent at the same time as the printer, it should arrive as a separate delivery.

Does it matter to you those pitiful 20 euros (or dollars), instead of receiving the product you’ve already paid for? I mean the so called “compensation” doesn’t even cover the cost for a quality filament spool… while you’ve paid already something between an A1 to an X1 (+ combo, if applicable)…
