All code should have been provided by the 22nd, if you haven’t received it, waiting longer will not change anything and tickets are taking weeks to get a response, even mine is over two weeks old and has been escalated, still, I’ve heard nothing!
Create a ticket now and provide all relevant information including order dates, any communications and why you should have received the compensation. Don’t assume they will look anything up, they won’t.
Day 16, has been escalated, zero response from the ticket, whole printer and AMS.
I had my label created on the 12th.
24th at 1:49 am, the tracking was updated with “voided information received”
Really not happy with how they’ve handled this.
I would more like to know WHY your tracking on your store shows my order could not be delivered, yet UPS, says they never were on possession of my package. I spoke with UPS, they say YOU voided tracking number, YOU never scheduled a pickup with UPS.
UPS has built trust in me, so it is clearly Bambu that is doing something along the lines of a scam.
My order contained 4 items, funny that ONE of the 4 items was SUCCESSFULLY delivered … By UPS.
The Better Business Bureau is involved and I am considering filing a class action lawsuit at this point.

I spoke with UPS On 24th and UPS said Bambu voided the tracking label and UPS was never in possession.

My order (4 rolls of PLA) was canceled as well. 12/24 00:49 am. Sure looks like there was a mass cancellation of orders at that time. I’ve seen several comments with a XX:49 time stamp. Order status page makes it look like it was shipped, UPS says they never had it.
I purchased a 3D printer from Bambu Lab on December 2nd, 2024, and it was supposed to be shipped to Canada. However, despite the Bambu Lab website indicating that the order has been shipped, UPS tracking information shows that the package is still awaiting pickup.I’ve contacted Bambu Lab multiple times regarding my delayed order, and each time they’ve asked me to be patient. However, it’s been over a month since I placed the order, and I’m starting to wonder if there’s a problem.
I’m in Canada and ordered on December 2nd with an ETA for delivery on December 24th which was stated on the page when I ordered. I feel like some people might of missed that and think their order has been delayed for 3+ weeks now?
I received my filements and hotend from my order 2 weeks ago and yesterday I received an email saying that the printer will be shipped next week so in reality it has only been delayed for 1 week.
I ordered the same day as you, also from Canada. If it was for an A1 printer it started on the page delivery ETA was December 24th. Your tracking is probably just for the label that the premade and will update once it ships.
Like I stated in my above post I received an email yesterday saying the printer will ship out next week on January 2nd.
Same here. Last email I received was on Dec 13 saying it was delayed to Dec 24. But I haven’t received any email since.
Ordered Nov 24 with ETD of Dec 13. Hopefully there’s movement next week
Canada here, since purchase on Dec 02, totally in the dark.
It didn’t stated anywhere that it was a “pre order”, received other items in the order separately, but the printer showed an ETD for Dec 24th.
I’ve opened up a ticket after the ETD expired, and no response so far.
No email communication regarding delays, no compensation, nothing.
The lack of transparency and communication is a major red flag.
Hope they get it together and stop selling more stock than they actually have, and actually state clearly when something is a pre-order. That is not how things are done.

Just got an email that the items have shipped. Tracking number generated/ not picked up yet.
No response from support ticket. Automated email now says shipping expected by Jan 13th.

Good news for me. The printer is on its way. Fedex will deliver. Tuesday the 31st delivery !! I am in Quebec and it starts in British Columbia.
Even if strangely when I asked through the Bambu Lab website, I was given UPS. I ordered separately from the AMS so, on this side I don’t have any more info, I’m being pushed to UPS. It’s by email, we give you the choice to open on the direct baumbu lab site or next to it, you have a follow-up mumero. Click on it. That’s when I came across Fedex and the tracking of my printer.
Ordered on the 29th of November got the printer on the 18th of December, still no sign of the two PLAs, they say it was all sent, no reply to tickets, no update on shipping. I’m afraid I will have to start some legal actions, through bank and police, because this is not going anywhere. Bunch of scammers, this is how you ruin an amazing product.
It’s very unlikely this was a Bambu conspiracy to make customers wait.
There is a time of year when companies and customers forget things like volume or capacity in the package delivery system, forget things like the realities of resupply and inventory, and then companies do things like black Friday sales to boost sales.
It’s supply chain, overwhelmed package shipments, realities of people taking vacations, and even strikes.
It’s not a conspiracy.
If an order is that important, it’s on the purchaser to prioritize appropriately. Is it worth a “deal” to not have a package arrive in time? If you absolutely gotta have a package by some date, order early. You may miss the deal but you get the new shiny on time.
The only time it’s appropriate to go whinging about on packages that don’t arrive in time is if a company promises delivery by a date and misses. But people should understand even that can get derailed by weather or other issues.
In other words, if it’s that important, plan ahead and order early. It’s not rocket science. And though I can’t speak for Bambu, I really doubt there is some conspiracy and coverup. It’s just the reality of the holiday commercial madness that so many see as ruining the whole spirit of the holidays.

Today I received an order placed on December 2nd. I had ordered some accessories for my A1, received: an android car infotainment… the box and the label were the bambulab one, but inside… I don’t know who bought it made confusion, but I think there is contributory fault on both bambulab and the courier. Opened a ticket, let’s see what will happen
