I still do not have my printer and I ordered on the 2nd of December, they haven’t even replied to my ticket dispute it being 20 days old and escalated a week ago!
The printer not arriving yet would be its own issue, but the fact it hasn’t even been shipped makes it extremely more infuriating. I went to bambu because I heard lots of good things about their printers, but this experience is just outright frustrating, I don’t think I’ll be ordering anything else from them.
Just checked the ETD on the A1 MINI for the US and it’s March 7, 2025.

My printer has been lost during shipping as Bambu Lab insists on scrapping the bottom of the barrel when it comes to delivery partners.
It is a printer I am donating to a local school which was due to have occurred for Christmas.

Bambu should at least put out a press release updating shipping since the last one on Dec 20.

Am HONEST progress report would be nice.
After many complaints they did add a caption showing things are taking longer.
The annoying thing is, new orders are speeding through, including one of mine. Delayed, lost, stolen, maligned and ignored orders are all still very much forgotten for the most part.
Helpfully, (sarcasm) tickets go nowhere and webchat tell you they escalated the tickets which result ps in zero change of outcome even another whole week later.
With all respect, shipping delays are annoying but what about not shipping at all because not having any stock at all.
Waiting for three months already for availability of the six new PETG HF colors - with spool included - in EU store since beginning of October.
They even removed from the store two of the eight initial PETG HF colors - with spool included.
No option to get a notification for these when back in stock. Same problem for the six new colors.

I’m in the U.K., our stock selection is always the worst out of all territories, I keep writing about it.
I am not trying to one-up you, it is a war I would love to lose.
It is rare that 25% of filaments sold have spools in the U.K. store, we are a country of refills only.
We don’t even have some of the sale discounts every other country is enjoying.
Our stock levels are so low that today we gained new stock that was immediately gone.
I tried to order the new cool plates multiple times with weeks between availability for them to be removed from my basket as I went to the checkout.

To be honest, i spoke with a representative via webchat and they said they will escalate it. And next day i received the UPS label. So i think they actually escalated it, which was a surprise.
Clearly better than my escalation! 8 days ago mine was escalated!

Hello ! Is there any update on the 100% shipping of the backed up orders that was suppose to happen on 24th of december. As anyone from canada ordered around the 29th of novembre and has still no confirmed shipping or tracking number. ?

From the US Store - I haven’t got my order from Nov 30th, it hasn’t shipped, only fake shipped and then cancelled. I update my support ticket daily getting no response. I ask chat every day and just get told to be patient.
I haven’t even begun to ask support about the supposed rebate yet, never got one of those either.

me. I ordered Nov 30 the A1 printer. I received all my filaments, but only a label created on Dec 29 for the printer.
It’s LIES, I placed the order on December 10 and as of today, December 31, 2024, my order is still stalled.
