That is actually why we ask for BambuLab support, to find out if the order is in the hands of the courier or not because the tracking system says only a shipping label is generated on December 2nd and since then no tracking updates. We need to know for certain what is happening with the package from the moment a shipping label was generated. Not a might or a could because that creates a very much unwanted layer of uncertainty.
Update: I finally received a tracking number after 22 days from ordering. Nothing has changed except for the fact that they supposedly printed a label. It has been almost 72 hours since the label was created, and order still not picked up. @SupportAssistant The company obviously does not care about their customers.
I have none , except my money gone since nov 25. Consider yourself lucky
The odd thing is i ordered around a month ago, and apprently i get mine shipped with the people who ordered 2 days ago if my AMS even gets shipped by christmas when it was dated ships by Nov 13. Also that 10 dollar gift card that is the same as the people who ordered a few days ago is kinda odd. I feel like if people ordered a month or so ago they should have their orders shipped sooner then the bulk shipment that they seem to be planning way that message was.
kinda dissappointed bc i wanted my ams before christmas so i ordered it on no 24th and looking like i wont get it til until like Jan 2025 at this rate and only replies we get are automated copy/paste if u ask for an update
My concern in this operation of getting products to customers is the fact that I have bought an X1C combo system, yet only got the printer. I cannot get your company to produce an AMS unit for which I paid. While I completely understand that your order system seems to be first-in, first-out. I’d like to have the complete product. It is like buying a car without tires. This needs to get resolved and quit beating around the bush with excuses.
Just to be clear, the combo unit ships with the the AMS packaged inside of the printer. It doesn’t ship in a seperate box. The box should say “X1 Series Combo” on the outside.
Just to be even clearer, I am not someone with half a brain. I can read and I can write but my eyes did not deceive me when I have a box marked X1C which is clearly a combo-marked box without the combo in it. Come on dude, quit insulting and belittling people.
Thank you for the explanation. If this had been communicated clearly from the start and handled fairly, there wouldn’t have been such a reaction from customers. However, it seems that this reaction was necessary to get things moving. Yesterday, I received an email explaining the situation with my shipment, which has been marked as handed over to DPD since December 2nd without any progress:
Dear customer,
Thank you for contacting Bambu Lab.
We deeply appreciate your trust in us. However, we regret to inform you that due to an unprecedented surge in orders during the Black Friday period, we are currently experiencing delays in our shipping schedule.
I just confirmed with my team and was told that it is likely to resume normal transit status within 1 to 7 days from today.
We’ll see how things go, considering December 20th is just around the corner.
Additionally, the order containing material and a nozzle was delivered within seven days of being placed, but it wasn’t complete. Even though everything was under the same tracking number, one part of the material was missing from the package. I haven’t received any explanation for this complaint so far.
You didn’t read, it clearly says there it will be sent in batches and the dates…
I’m sorry but I have worked with Chinese companies before and this is a typical Chinese answer.
Saying sorry and not having facts and not being truthful in the rest of the statement. For instance my track and trace is saying the shipping label has been made. That just means the label is created and no good have been delivered to the shipping company.
This has been verified by the shipping that they have not even received the parts for shipments. Meaning that this is not a shipper issue but a Bambu issue.
Just be honest in the statement and say you sold printers and parts that where not in stock and your doing your best to resupply the warehouses and then start shipping.
Now if looks like your the best and the problem is with the shipping companies what isn’t the case here.
Would have loved to see an eta for your shipment to the warehouses so we can sort of know when things get going.
And the compensation is my mind peanuts for the amount of money you guys took from people without having stock and being truthful about it.
You may say that again… multiple times even, but, even if proven true time and again, won’t change much their modus operandi, which clearly appears to be get their money now, deliver when and if possible, and apologize later
Nothing he said was insulting or belittling. He was only mentioning something that might not be obvious for a new X1C buyer. I know this whole situation if frustrating but this is a community forum with users helping other users the best we can. We’re all in the same boat, I have 3 orders outstanding.
What’s about warranty in such cases? I placed an order on 7 December, received two DHL tracking numbers on 7 December and the invoice on 7 December. However, so far I did not receive the goods. Does the warranty start with the receipt of the goods or is the date on the invoice relevant in the EU?
Yes that is indeed a Chinese mindset unfortunately.
My first experience with Bambu but as PRUSA you would never ever have this kind of experiences.
Under EU regulations, the statutory warranty period for goods purchased online generally starts on the date the goods are delivered to the buyer. This applies to all online purchases, as it ensures the buyer has received the item before the warranty period begins.
1. Statutory Warranty: In the EU, a minimum 2-year warranty is required for goods purchased by consumers, covering conformity with the sales contract.
2. Start Date: The warranty period begins when the consumer physically receives the goods, not on the invoice date unless they coincide.
What concerns me is, someone working at DPD here said generated tracking numbers are only valid 7-10 days and if there is no actual shipping during that period the tracking number becomes inactive. Suppose the packages start shipping from December 20th then we would still don’t know because of the tracking system showing no updates and we could all be stuck in the “wait a little longer the package might still arrive” boat. I don’t know if it’s true or not but it is concerning me. Especially with expensive and desired products like this we need to be able to trace the package during shipping.
That is why they they state in there initial response this:
- Remaining orders placed before December 13, 2024 will be shipped 100% before December 20, 2024 and tracking numbers will be provided. Even though the tracking information might not be updated, the order could already be in the hands of the courier and on its way to be delivered.
Most likely they missed there shipping window and made a new shipping label in the meantime.
You can always ask for a POD Proof Of Delivery for your warranty.

Hallo Joe, zijn die traceernummers nog wel geldig dan? Is toch een probleem als die zijn komen te vervallen?
