Bambu Lab Shipping Delay - December 20th Update

That word ‘estimate’ holds a lot of weight at the moment it seems.

Seems Bambu likes to be vague about everything. Except when they’re taking your money. You can guarantee the will get that right before anything goes anywhere.

They pulled the money 48 hours after I ordered, and I still have not heard nothing

I ordered it the day before you and I’m sitting in the same boat. My support ticket at least got answered with a canned response of here’s the shipping number showing that we printed a label, but it still hasn’t moved.

Given che ho ricevuto un android car auto multimedia invece di un plate and a 0.2 nozzle , ticket non risposti e chat inconcludenti , spero che nel nuovo anno BL sistemi un po di cose che sono andate male e che mi dicano cosa devo fare con questo android car audio multimedia.

Ordered on the 12th dec got a tracking code this morning 1/1/24 fedex say they dont have the parcel though. I’ll update if anything moves.

i ordered mine on November 25th. Shipped everthing but the unit with the ams. Several support tickets, and webchats. Still no one will hive me a straight answer. Tried to do a return, but bambu is giving me another run around! Filing a claim withnmy credit card!

If you still want an AMS I would recommend buying it from Microcenter.



Well now the wait is even longer.

I don’t know what country you’re in but in the US Jan 20th is the lead time date IF YOU BUY RIGHT NOW.

Placed my order Dec. 8th, and have not received my order under their “promise” that it would be on its way by Dec. 20th. As far as the “compensation” that we are supposed to get, what a joke, didn’t receive that either. I feel like it’s lie after lie, no way to live chat someone, because the link is not working, although they claim it’s working just fine. Submitted the ticket and received a reply of sorry for the inconvenience, it will ship out when available. A whole lot of broken promises, says a lot about a company. I’m on the fence of canceling my order, if it wasn’t for the fact that I own one and enjoy printing on it. Do Better Bambu!

That’s probably an estimate. My order from 11/30/24 hasn’t shipped yet.

Order mine Dec 8th with the same ETD of Dec. 30th and you have gave me more information than their own “customer support”, my ticket just said it will ship out when it’s available, nothing more. What a joke of customer service

My point is Bambu doesn’t have a clue about when people will get their orders. They will tell you anything. They really did to get a CEO that knows how to run a company.

Did I make a mistake ordering Bambu Filament. Everything claimed to be in stock and still shows in stock (every refill color I ordered) and they only sent one of my colors. Now the others just say “Preparing to ship.” How long does it take to ship. They shipped 1 of my 5 colors. After seeing people complaining about shipping I’m curious if i will get it any time soon.

And their chat is worthless just like their tickets.

Any Canadians have any luck or update? Ordered on the 14th, only got the plate I ordered and the gift I assume (two spools)? I haven’t received the printer or the AMS unit yet and got no updates or indication on when I would get it either…

meine Bestellung vom X1C steht seit dem 26.12.2024 “Ihre Bestellung wird bestätigt”. Geld wurde fröhlich abgebucht, auf ein Ticket wurde lapidar geantwortet, es werden Nachforschungen angestellt und ich solle warten. Will ich aber nicht, wenn mir eine Lieferung innerhalb von 2-3 Werktagen zugesagt wird, dann sollte das auch eingehalten werden! Der Chat funktioniert nicht wirklich.

Bambu ist leider nicht bekannt für super-service. Vor allem während und nach der “Sales”-Zeit.
Aber um ganz ehrlich zu sein: Seit dem 26.12. waren es jetzt 2,5 Arbeitstage… Und dann auch noch die Tage im Jahr mit einer maximalen Mitarbeiterabwesenheit…

Last-but-not-least kommt es natürlich auch noch darauf an, was konkret als Lieferdatum ausgewiesen ist. Aktuell sieht es im Shop ja so aus:

dann sollte das Bambu bei Bestellung auch so angeben und nicht einen Versand innerhalb von zwei bis drei Tagen ankündigen. Geld abbuchen ging ja auch fix…
