What is that!!!???
I order a printer and filament during black Friday deals.
Printer arrived within 3 days… but I had to wait 2 weeks for the filament before being able to print my first object.
Then I got this competition code, valid from today.
Tried to order some hotends and plates… Not one is on stock. NOT ONE.
Logistics is something for Bambu Lab to take a very good look at!
A very unhappy customer.

Very confused with Canada order. Order on Dec 1, supposed to ship by 23, delayed to 30th. On 30th get a fake “shipped” notification from Bambu, where a label was created. No movement on UPS at all.

Now all of a sudden on 4th, get a notification from UPS itself, from a different tracking number that an order is coming, but it’s delayed?

i’m from québec and I’m waiting for 11 days now you aswer the ticket and said i’ll receive the 30 never receive after you answer the2, never receive, after you sait the 3, never receive. but its not a delivery problem, you only ship 1 item on my 2 order, all except de printer.

my god no explanation about this delay?

Looks like the AMS is out of stock and that probably is delaying some shipments, at least in EU, as I was going to order another combo and it had late Jan shipment, so I ordered without the AMS (I have an extra one already) and that is ready to ship “now”

So I would say that for everyone that is waiting for a combo that my guess is an early Feb delivery, unless bambu has finally improved the stock mgmt and stopped allowing orders once the amount in warehouse is reserved for already placed orders - which should be the case - and only new orders get impacted

I ordered on Dec 8th. and it was supposed to ship Dec 30th

6 Tickets, I decided to be a pain in the rear.

Alright! So at the end (when delivered on time) there was a one week delay.

What answer did you get from ups ? I got the « tracking » number from BL on the 30th too but no movement, haven’t heard from ups tho

I placed an order for an AMS unit during the Black Friday sale, received it the other day due to shipping delays. I haven’t received any discount code via email due to the delay. How does one get the discount code?

Received a tracking number for my printer on 12/10. Never received it and the shipping status was never updated. Submitted a support ticket and then another after receiving no response for over 2 weeks. They investigated the shipment, found it to be missing, then agreed to ship another after I verified my shipping address. Submitted that 5 days ago and still no update. On the verge of cancelling the order, although several of the accessory items already arrived, so imagine that will be difficult to do.

I’m in a similar boat as you. Ordered Dec 1 (Ontario, Canada). Shipment was delayed to Dec 30 which is when the UPS tracking number showed up. Jan 2, i got an update from UPS saying it’ll arrive and then nothing. Last update was that the delivery is being rescheduled once they receive the item. Checking the Bambu status, it says “package is waiting for courier to pickup”.

Seems like their fulfillment centres are a bit of a ■■■■ show. It would be nice if they provided another official update rather than just staying silent.

Man… You gotta love that customer service!

So, when do we expect a re-shippment for stuff the Courrier lost? I feel like I’m being taken hostage while UniUni can’t get it’s sh*t together, and you guys can’t be bothered to respond? Is this where I might maybe get the attention I need for my package that was supposed to arrive before Christmas to finally be reshipped?

If anyone wants the details:

December 18th, I contact UniUni to find out why my package has been sitting in the local warehouse for 4 days.

I receive an email that states there’s a delay (no sh*t).

I contact Bambu support for this on December 20th. I have yet to receive sign of life.

On December 27th, UniUni finally responds: Oh yeah, we lost your package. We’re investigating, if you don’t hear from us within 14 days of the day we lost your package
(December 18th) please contact us again.

I contacted them on January 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and today I decided to call them.

First employee says I’ll have a resolution in my email within 2-4 hours.

I called again 9 hours later.

Second employee informs me that the escalation team did respond within expected timeframe. Except, not to me. They escalated to the internal escalation team, whatever the f that means. I’m promised a supervisor call in the next 24-48 hours (I’m not holding my breath)

Meanwhile, not a peep from Bambu. Because of course, them choosing the most unreliable courrier becomes my problem?!?!

Wth Bambu! I lost sales over this. Christmas gifts were not given over this!

I also still have a printer lost somewhere in the depths of the delivery company and Bambu Lab decided not responding to the ticket was the best solution from a customer service perspective.

  • Ordered on the 1st of December.
  • Shipped on the 3rd of December.
  • Delivery was due on the 5th of December.
  • DPD changed delivery to a pickup point without my approval on the 5th of December.
  • Now due at the pickup point on 6th December.
  • Told not available on the 6th, it will be the 7th.
  • Told not available on the 7th, it will be the 8th.
  • Told they have no idea where it is on the 8th, last seen in their depot, no future guesses. Must wait at least 48 hours to report it to BL.
  • Reported it to BL on the 10th - zero response.
  • I contacted Webchat who escalated it 21st (I think)
  • I contacted BL via the ticket on the 27th - zero response.
  • I contacted Webchat who escalated it AGAIN on the 31st
  • I was told I needed to fill in a form to say I hadn’t received it and sign it on the 31st.
  • I looked at the form on the 1st, and realised it is in German, I’m an English speaker.
  • I replied on the 1st asking for a new English form, no response.
  • I located an English version of the form and submitted it on the 2nd.
  • I still have not had any further contact, not even a form in English or an acknowledgement of the form I submitted.

This is a donation to a local school, and was due to be made before Christmas at an event!

They are horrific at the basics and an all-round embarrassment.

I will contact Webchat again tonight Sunday (technically 1 am Monday U.K. time) because they can’t be bothered to have any support in any local country.

I ordered A1+AMS on November 30th, Ontario Canada as well. When I ordered on the website it indicated immediate shipment within 3-7 days. Then a confirmation email that sneakily changed it to Dec 23rd. Dec 23 came and went and no shipment. I reached out to live chat and they proceeded to say it was a pre-order, I guess they don’t understand that pre-orders have to be disclosed before the exchange of money.

Opened a ticket and got a response on Dec 27th, saying a new shipment date of December 30th. They issue a tracking number on December 29th, but still no update on the tracking number. The best is in the same December 30th email giving me my tracking number there is an ETA shipping of Jan 3rd.

Check again today and still no change in the tracking, shows UPS doesn’t have the package.

Tried live chat and they keep saying that it was shipped on Dec 30th. Another interesting piece of info that supports the hole “they haven’t shipped anything yet, and just keep blaming the shipping company” is that when I check the status of my order on Bambu’s website is still marked as “Partially fulfilled” as well there’s no tracking info for the printer under the “order tracking” tab…

Like many others, I got all the other items in my order delivered.
Hot plate and glue right - 2 days
Free gifts X2 - 4 days
13 rolls of filament and 5 nozzles - 7ish days

I just wish they would have been transparent.
The live chat has been giving me the same run around since Dec 23rd, I feel for them as they are clearly left in the middle with no real support or ability to change anything.

I guess on to open more tickets.
