I paid using Klarna and I already have filed a dispute. So if they fail to deliver in the next 20 days, I’ll automatically get a refund.
Just an update, ordered P1S with AMS Dec 10th, received Jan 3rd; shipping label created Dec 31st. Original ETD was around Dec 24th. Reached out to Bambu support and got my printer expedited so they are getting to them it seems.
I’m located in BC Canada so shipping was quick since they likely get containers of them from China shipped to Vancouver and ship out orders from their HQ/warehouse in Richmond.
Hoping the rest of you will get yours soon!

That is an important part.
The idea that delivery companies leave these things as visible as possible boggles the mind.
They could have put it behind the thing they stood it on at least.
You may live where this is secluded, but, in my experience, they do this when it is visible from the street.
It’s arrived in my city today, should be out for delivery tomorrow

Order placed on December 27, 2024 at 11:07 pm 6 rolls of pla silk still no movement you take the money right away then leave us holding the empty bag thought you where going to fix this problem everything showed in stock when I ordered it love my printers but cant use it without filament.

same here, ive been look at my filaments for far too long
samer situation. Ordered on nov 30, label created dec 29 and its still the same till now. I am currently in live chat with them and they said this.
Man I wish I would have found this forum before I made my purchase… Or better yet, I wish Bambu would have been honest in informing of all of this on their website. They said there could be 5-10 days shipping delay. I Ordered on the 24th of December and it was split into three shipments… I got one shipment of 1 of the 4 hotend assemblies I ordered all by itself about 6 days later. Then I got notification saying the printer had shipped in a separate order, and then the other accessories and filament rolls shipped in a third order. After clicking the tracking info it was just labels created. Then a few days later the accessories shipment entered the system but ever since then it has just said the label was created for the printer… So now it has been 13 days and still no printer on its way and the accessories are supposedly going to be here on the 18th of January!
I don’t know where you are from, but i’m im in montreal and got my first update after label creation on 29th december, no answer form ticket, or access to bamulab but after a whopping 7 days UPS has my package, maybe some backlog on their hand recently i really don’t know

There is hope people ! After 7 days i got movement on my shipment, and a big wait of 5 weeks !!! Ordered on november 30th. Honestly been really frustated at what happen but i am really relieved to see sign of life ! I really hope y’all printers come soon! (From Quebec CA)

I dont know if its UPS’s or Bambulab’s fault, but it looks like they will reship the printer if UPS doesnt deliver it by the end of the week.
Supported to have my p1s combo shipped on Wednesday. After seeing how backed up they are. Would I just be better off getting a refund and driving a few hours to a microcenter to pick one up?
Yes, if you have access to Microcenter I would go that route every day.
