Bambu Lab Shipping Delay - December 20th Update

I was hoping for a answer today spend 4 hours on hold with live chat to be disconnected still no update on shipping come on BBL be a good company and keep customers updated

Same with my order. Ordered on the 20th with a propsed ship date of the 10th. Got the filament ordered today along with 2 rolls I didn’t order…

Were the two rolls in a separate box/bag? Maybe that was your free surprise gift? I got a single role of pink silk PLA which looks to be discontinued.

Ordered the A1 Mini on 22nd December, ETD is for today in the UK (Jan 8th). No update on order and no tracking number. I am not holding my breath for delivery today (or the next couple of weeks judging by the forum comments)…

Finally. In Montreal. Goodluck to everyone still waiting. After lots of live chat sessions and tickets i finally received the printer after 5 weeks.

I ordered a PETG-CF bundle on 12/25/24, along with a Coolplate SuperTack. The plate arrived within a few days but the filament never made it to UPS, and they have subsequently canceled the order on their end. I have sent 3 or 4 emails to customer support with no response. I have submitted two separate tickets, several days apart, both of which have been completely ignored as well. They have no customer service phone number that I have been able to find either. The order status on the BBL website now says it was unable to be delivered, even though they never sent it.
This is beyond unacceptable. They owe me $111 and just ignore every attempt I’ve made to get this corrected. I’m also certain they will claim it was shipped and I need to talk to UPS, who will tell me they never received it and that I need to take it up with BBL.
My mother apparently ordered me something from BBL for Christmas and she is having the same problem. They’re just ignoring every attempt she has made to contact them.
This is total BS and something needs to be done about it.

Still awaiting the delivery from my order on the 28th of November. I ordered 8 rolls of filament on that date and have experienced the same non-shipped shipping bullshit most others have had.

Since then I have received 6 of the 8 rolls in two different shipments, the first one had only one roll and the second had 5. Each time I have had to chase them with support tickets and eventually some stuff has moved.

I’ve currently got a DHL tracking number suggesting that my shipment was notified by email to DHL on the 7th of January, currently it’s still saying that. So I’m not holding my breath on this at all.

I know in a couple of days I’m going to be adding to the support ticket email chain and hearing some more apologies about this abominable service… all the time hoping for a positive outcome.

Such a shame because up until Black Friday, everything seems to have been fine but it’s just not funny any more.

I’m at almost two and a half months with no update to my order. Never got the discount code either. No response to support tickets

Go on live chat and threaten to do a charge back with your bank. I bet they will find time to ship yours then

after 6 ticket nothing every 3 days they said you’ll have it in 3 days…

My A1 + AMS arrived today! From ordering Dec 1, to receiving Jan 8 - a little over a month total. I’m just glad it arrived. I wish the other folks god speed in getting your printers!

Why do you pay credit card interest?

Anyway: start the chargeback before the bill is due. You won’t have to pay the amount of the charge until the issue is resolved. Either the product arrives and works, in which case the charge will return and be due the next billing cycle, or it doesn’t arrive and the charge is permanently removed.

Just start the credit card chargeback. Either the printer arrives and the charge is reinstated, or it doesn’t and the charge goes away.

you have to get someone on live chat first… I waited in the queue 8 hours yesterday and had no luck…

Ordered a printer on Dec 12th 2024 and never got it until January 2025. Thought people were supposed to get the following for printer delays:

20 USD or the local currency equivalent for delayed orders with a printer.

I never received anything. Are these still coming or did I get duped?

Create a ticket and provide all relevant dates from order, to delivery.

I have an order placed 19 Dec for an A1 mini that is now coming up on 3 weeks not shipped. I have put a second ticket in already. Is there anything else I can do here?
