You just need to wait. Based off of this thread alone, it takes roughly 4 weeks for Bambu to ship it then another week or so to get it delivered. What was the ETD Bambu gave you at the time of ordering?

Got the refund through chat. Had to escalate it to get help. They first said wait a few hours. Said no I would like it done now. After 15 mins they said they would escalate it.

Microcenter is great, I bought my P1S combo and another AMS from them. It’s really nice how you can just go there and walk out with a printer instead of waiting months.
I got mine from Microcenter also. They’re great if you have any problems. Great tech support.
Bambu supplied Microcenter instead of filling the orders that they already had. I guess once they already got people’s money so they don’t care. Did your Microcenter had a lot of printers?

This thread seems to be all over the place (literally) so I find it hard to make out which warehouses/countries/regions are shipping fast and which aren’t. It seems like most issues are US and Canada?
Has anyone bought AND received a printer recently in the EU (German warehouse?). I’d like to order a P1S that is supposedly ‘in stock’ while the combo isn’t.
Are the “in stock” printers delivered reasonably fast (I’d like to receive it within two weeks) or is there no way because “in stock” is still based on hopes and dreams? (EU, Netherlands)

A few minutes ago I received the DHL tracking number for the P1S Combo that I ordered on 3/1/2025. So it looks promising.
You have a tracking number and is the tracking past this stage?
Because this stage can take a very long time
Yeah, something like that crossed my mind too. So far, I only have the tracking number, and even DHL doesn’t recognize it. The email subject is “A shipment from order EN4210717xyz is on the way” with text “Your order is on the way. Track your shipment to see the delivery status.”
Ordered a P1S from the warehouse in Germany on December 1st, still waiting…

I ordered mine on januari 1st and they shipped it yesterday. they didn’t make the 2-3 business days, but from what I understand I am lucky they shipped it out in 7 days. Now the waiting game for de courier starts (dpd)
This is already expired. They do this just to avoid the order cancelation. They create a label and send the package once. Dont forget in bambulab the end customer is not important. They now focusing on resellers. Look on the sites of resellers tens of printers in stock. That why you may wait up to 6 months and still you will be not eligible for cancellation bcs if they shipped its not possible and they are not responsible any more for delay. But they never shipped.
its not recognised bcs they didnt sent nothing in 7 days time limit. your order will arrive after they satisfies their resellers. You are not important at all. Bambu went down completely. I never order nothing from them and will soon phase out their printers to avoid situations when spare part will coming for months
once they made an empty shipping label you lost your battle. wait… or order a new one from reseller by 30% more expensive
Ordered on Dec 23 with a ship date of Jan 10. Here we are and nothing yet. I’m really hoping it gets shipped out soon.
