Bambu Lab Shipping Delay - December 20th Update

Still no movement. Label printed on Friday. WTF!
If I took someone’s money and held on to it for nearly a month without delivering product, I’d be charged with fraud. This is a joke!

These guys got literally 48 hours before I file a dispute with PayPal.

If it makes anyone feel better I’m still waiting on my A1 combo to be delivered (Vancouver, CA). Ordered on Nov.27, UPS was supposed to deliver it today but there is a “Delay: Emergency Situation or Severe Weather”, was dry and 8°C for the past week… I’m up to 6 weeks since my order was placed :melting_face:

Any chance you could tell us what your ETD was at the time of order? I will say, your case would be a UPS issue, not BL issue which most the people here are complaining about. One of my orders was just delivered by Fedex and the tracking number still says waiting for shipment lol. I’ve only experienced this with shipments from BL so it’s really weird

My original ETD was Dec.18th until BL changed that to “ship around” Dec.30th. A label was created with UPS on Dec. 29th but UPS didn’t have it until Jan.7th

I agree that right now it is a UPS issue not BL, but BL was also late getting it out by about 20 days. On top of that there were people in Canada that placed orders in the first and second weeks of December (for A1 combos) that received while a handful of us that ordered in Nov. we’re still waiting.

Last thing I would add is that someone reported having their A1 combo ship from Vancouver to Ontario while I had mine shipped from Ontario to Vancouver… At this point all you can do is laugh about it all

Update on my P1S non-combo ordered Dec 25th in the US. The label printed that night in NJ and didn’t move. I sent in one ticket and got the general we’re working through these.

I got an email this morning with a new tracking number showing it shipped from Southern California instead and that it’s out for delivery today.

So I do believe they are working on things, albeit in a very non-communative way.

Looks like it’s finally in FedEx’s hands as of this morning.

My a1 mini is supposed to ship this friday hopefully anyway i ordered on the 27th of december cant wait any longer

Ordered Dec 24th with estimated shipping January 13th. After reading the horror stories on here and realizing I will get the order when Bambu Lab feels like sending it, I requested help. That is when I realized that the entire company revolves around selling and customer service is not even in their vocabulary. I asked how a refund would work and they immediately put my order on hold and said I needed to let them know what I wanted to do. Since they have now updated my order to February 15th approximate shipping date. I will never do business with this company again.

@BumbleLabs Well I hope your order gets sorted out quickly. I’m waiting for a P1S, this is my first time ordering from Bambu Labs. Needless to say all of this is a cause for concern for future orders.

I ordered filament and spare parts on Dec 26th. It was partially delivered and the rest of the order that is $120 ish was just canceled / failure from UPS since the shipping label was created but no items received.

I ordered a second A1 that the delivery dates keep getting changed. Due to recent events that happened in CA I’m sure it messed up shipping or items coming out of there.

Regardless…… still waiting but the $500 is long gone…

@stormshadow Thanks, hope yours and everyone for that matter does soon. I understand they sold more than they had anticipated, good for them. But that is no excuse for poor customer service and keeping people informed. I can put up with a lot if a company is just honest about what is going on. Bambu apparently only cares about their own skin.

I at least got all of my order from Nov 30th a week and a half ago, but still waiting on my discount code after the update of wait 7 business days. Still behind on that, but happy I got my stuff at least.

I must have been extremely lucky. I ordered the P1S Combo on 12/21/2024 with and ETD of around 1/10/2025. Received an update on the 1/11/2025 that unit was on its way.
Watching the FedEx site, delivery set for 1/17/2025.

I’m a Taiwan customer. My order was released on 4th January, it’s already 12 days ago (9 working days). The shipping tracking system doesn’t work on Bambu Lab office website.
Today is 16th January. Bambu Lab ask me to provide shipping address again. MY GOD, I’ll update here when I got my purchased product from Bambu.

In the US here. Submitted my order of a P1S combo Dec 12th. I did receive the “free gift” about a week after submitting the order, but the ETD flew by 10 days ago (Jan 6th). Still no change to my order. I submitted a ticket about it 3 days ago and I still have not heard back from them. Disappointing to say the least.

I placed my order for the P1s on December 29th, and I just saw that FedEx created an ‘Info Received’ status on January 15th. It looks like my package is on its way soon I hope!
