I am pleased to say my P1 Combo arrived today. All went well after being shipped yesterday via DPD. The courier ignored the “This Way Up” and “Glass Fragile” stickers and delivered it upside down and bounced down the path. Fortunately the unit is well packed and all is well.
First impressions after knocking out a 3D banchy is this is a noisy beast. My Prusa Mini+ for instance I can barely hear but this printer drowns out your averag beach party. Once it starts printing it is very fast. The benchy took 26mins from hitting the go button. I can actually print the same model in under 20mins on the aforementioned Prusa Mini+ now it also does input shaping. But the actual printing time of the P1 is faster, it is all the faff at the beginning that takes time. I am sure that full bed prints will be a good bit faster on the Bambu. So small, quick prints I will leave on my Prusa Mini+. The AMS is a joy to use apart from being noisy. Just printing the requisite poop chute bin and all seems good.
I ordered a 3D printer from Bambu Lab on November 30th, 2024, but I have yet to receive it. I’ve reached out to their customer support multiple times, but so far, I haven’t been given any clear updates or an estimated resolution.
I was really looking forward to using this printer, but this delay and lack of communication have been frustrating. Has anyone else experienced similar issues with their orders? Any advice on how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated.

Im totally fine with that now. 18.+19.01. was a weekend. The shipping delay seems to be over for our location, at least for filament … my last order of 10 Rolls Filament on 18.12.2024 was similar. Only my Order from 30.11. was a disaster - that stuff arrived AFTER the order from 18.12. and had some forgotten goods …
My order has just arrived, order placed on the 3rd of Jan.
I’m on my second pint and it’s made me forget all the stress waiting has caused. Now it looks like I will have two P1s as someone close to my address has decided after a week it’s not for him and has sold me his week old unit at half price.
I ordered my P1s combo in 1/12/25 and has had no update about it. The ETD when I ordered mine was 1/30 and now 2/12. Has anyone gotten theirs yet?
Also support has not been the best.
I wish I’ve read all of this before purchase 10 days ago !

Order tempered hot end and gears 2 days ago, they were shipped yesterday.

I’m in California. I ordered the X1C on January 9th. ETD said “Ship around Feb 20th”. I’ve not received any tracking and my order still says “preparing for dispatch”. Based on the comments in this forum, it could be anywhere from having not yet been manufactured to sitting at my doorstep. So distressing that the ordering process is like a black hole as soon as you click “submit payment”.
A1 Combo ordered 1/3/2025 with an “ETD around January 23rd” got an email late last night saying there’s a delay and “new ETD around January 27th” hoping to get it soon!
Hello, I have been waiting for my Bambu Labs P1s and I ordered it on Jan. 7 2025 and my estimated delivery has been pushed back several times and it is now estimated to arrive on Feb. 12. I know there is expected delays but over a month in insane.
If/when the printer arrives, I am now worried about trying to order parts or anything for the printer I may need in the future. Am I going to have to wait a month for any parts I may need.
Well I finally got my shipping label notification. I did reach out via the General Inquiry ticket. Don’t know if that helped at all. I’ll try to update this when it actually ships out! Stay strong!
Ordered on January 3rd. My original ETD was the January 22.
You know whats crazy? If you buy without combo it says “In Stock” and the AMS also currently shows “In Stock”. I guess they will take 1 month to put the AMS inside the printer and ship it to you…
