ordered P1S New Years day and still waiting. Have order number but no tracking or even indication of shipping to UK

On the invoice it should show an estimated date of shipping. Mine says 17th of Jan and I am still waiting with no update. Sent a ticket to support today but i don’t expect a reply.

If you check the website today as a new customer it shows the printer in stock.

This all such a scam. I ordered the A1 printer + the fillaments on the 30th of NOVEMBER! Got only the fillaments, printer has never been sent. I am in the EU. I opened around 6 tickets and I keep getting only promises that they will sent within 3 working days, that someone will be in touch with me by email - nothing. No update from DPD also, package is registered on 30th of Nov and that’s it. DON’T ORDER!!!
Wow, this makes me really jealous! I’m also from NL, ordered my printer 1st of December, on stock, shipping from Germany. But still nothing received. Reaching out to the Bambu does not appear to have any impact whatsoever. It was now supposed to be shipped using DHL last week instead of DPD, but again, nothing Been waiting for 7 weeks and counting

I had and order for silk PLA since Dec 27th finally gave up and summited a ticket to cancel they refunded me thanks for that anyway . It is happening with other suppliers now too even direct from sunlu really getting hard to find a lot of the colors.
Same with me, too ! I would have expected at least the courtesy of an update from them the day after the expected shipping date, but have had nothing.
The idea that Bamboo Labs has great customer service is false. Broken product received almost 4 weeks ago. No resolution on getting a return label and a refund. Online Chat offers no solution and keeps telling me its been escalated. Emails to customer service has not resolved the issue. Emailed the CEO and still no resolution. My money was taken immediately for the purchase and yet when I need help there is delay, no action and no support. A shipped broken product should be at the top of the list for action.
11/16/24. US I have sent many tickets and they keep saying to give them more time
I was lucky and was able to cancel my order and get it locally at Microcenter. They restocked Microcenter instead of sending them to the people who already ordered and are waiting.
Bambu doesn’t care because they already got your money and can sell the restocked ones for even more sales. In fact they had 25+ of almost every model in stock.
Worst customer service I’ve ever delt with.
On a side note the printers work good. Hang in there.
They lost my P1S 1/11 order, and aren’t doing much to resolve it. this company is terrible, don’t order from them, order from anyone else.
I have an order that is with an 83-day delay!!! This is insane! I have written several tickets, and none of them have been resolved. And the order is not 1 filament or some DIY kit. It’s a 500 euro order of filaments and 3 hot end heads!!! I am extremely mad!!!
Holy **** 83 days, I would have charged that back at 29 days !
There are other suppliers.
Just had an email saying my P1S is out fot delivery today! I hope yours is too!
