Indeed, this whole experience has been quite unnerving when ordering a 1200€+ item! I am also having second thoughts, I must admit.
I placed an order for a AMS in the US on Dec. 4th still no shipping information.
Which printer? The P1S Combo is 40 euro more expensive now (799 vs 759 incl. 19% VAT)
I paid 1311€ for my X1C combo, and when going to the same deal now, it displays 1249€

Ordered on the 3rd, paid for on the 3rd, UPS label was created on the 12th. UPS advises as of the 15th THEY DO NOT HAVE MY ORDER!
Why can’t you honestly communicate with customers?

They should just make a statement and lock the thread. It’s just the same things rehashed over and over.
What’s the BBB going to do? It’s a Chinese company. Do you think anyone actually checks with the BBB anymore? What next - reporting them to Consumer Affairs or Walter Cronkite?
This whole thing sucks, but it’s not a scam. You can cancel the order. You can reverse the charge with your bank. Unlike what’s going on with most, UPS actually notes they have the package. They seem to have lost it and it looks like you opened up an investigation with them on Dec 6. What more do you expect Bambu to do?
What you should do is grab a dictionary and look up what “scam” means.
They made a statement and it failed to settle things because it yet again missed the point.
They have chosen not to respond to the many questions raised
Locking the post would be the second time they did and it didn’t go well the last time.
The voices of those affected shouldn’t be silenced simply because so many are experiencing the fallout.
Because so many have had the same experience they are sharing their legitimate voices.
Should their voice be nullified because a few others got in first?
To often MW & BL hide in silence and lock the posts pretending the actions, inactions and fail of basic service simply go away because they stick their fingers in their ears.
It has happened, continues to happen and people are still very much affected by it. It is very likely that those who ordered products in November will not get the, for Christmas, for others whose packages have been lost by couriers, those investigations haven’t even started and BL takes a minimum of 8 working days to do it when they haven’t caused a logjam.
It will be even longer over the holidays. Many will not get their purchases because of this until January if at all as BL will likely pretend it is out of their hands.
Oh… that’s not good. I hope the printer arrives before Christmas. I still have Christmas presents that need to be made. From what I’ve read here, it doesn’t seem very likely that it will…
New update from order placed end of October and still not shipped-
Response finally this time is new tracking number but says allow 1-3 days for system to update.
Not gonna hold my breath.
No $20 here. I get a “Have a great day!” instead.
I’ll request a refund through PayPal if there is no progress and I don’t receive confirmation of the shipment’s transit by December 20th as they stated in their last email from two days ago.
To be honest, I no longer have any understanding, due to the fact that I ordered on December 5th, according to DPD tracking it says:
2024-12-05 18:19 - DPD data center, outgoing goods at shipper.
This suggests to me that the parcel is no longer with the sender, but at the same time the tracking also says that DPD has only received “order data”.
→ I am a German customer. Does this mean that my printer should come from the DE warehouse? Ideally.

The main reason I don’t understand is that a friend of mine ordered an A1 directly from the store last week (!!!) on Monday (December 9) and received it 2 days later (December 11). HOW CAN THAT BE?
Especially when there are customers here who have been waiting for their printer for around 2 months. I have absolutely no understanding for this.

Das suggeriert mir, das Paket ist nicht mehr beim Versender, zeitgleich steht im Tracking aber auch, dass DPD nur “Auftragsdaten” erhalten hat.
→ Ich bin Deutscher Kunde. Heißt, mein Drucker sollte doch aus dem DE-Lager kommen? Optimalerweise.

Hauptsächlich habe ich kein Verständnis deshalb, weil ein Freund von mir letzte Woche (!!!) am Montag (09. Dezember) einen A1 direkt im Shop bestellt hat und den 2 Tage später (11. Dezember) erhalten hat. WIE KANN DAS SEIN ?
Vor allem wenn es hier Kunden gibt die schon seit rund 2 Monaten auf ihren Drucker warten. Dafür habe ich absolut kein Verständnis.
I have been waiting for my A1 printer to be shipped to Spain from Germany from NOV 29th. At first this post-update relieved me a bit but really I haven’t gotten any changes to my order info yet. I paid 15€ to have information on my tracking so even if they send it, no one assured me that I will have it.
Overall I want to believe that I will get it sent this week, but there’s people that ordered after me that are already getting movement on their parcels. I don’t know what to think, I just want my printer… I have filaments at home that I cannot put to use due to 17 days of delay in the shipping.
I’m sure I’ll love the printer once it is here, but right now I’m really sad at the whole situation. For me the 20€ are a good thing but not enough, I would prefer my printer in time. All of this considering that DPDs partner in Spain doesn’t mess with my order, which has been the case in many other parcels that I’ve had handled by them…
According to the customer support my order from the 3rd of December is “shipped but delayed” yet the tracking code shows no updates for 13 days, many tickets before they reassured me that my printer will be shipped in 1-7 days.
Like others mentioned, transparency is very important when you are selling a 1.5k item that people might use for their job, I’m just a hobbyist luckily
Same here, ordered a P1S combo since November 30th for my father living in France.
The order has supposedly been “shipped” the same day and I have a tracking number (DPD DE) since with no evolution…
I thought I’d be able to give him a nice birthday present (mid-December) or at least a Christmas present, but I’m getting seriously impatient… what a lack of seriousness Bambu Lab !
I think if we cancel all our orders now and reorder, we will get our printers faster than if we wait. At least that’s how it seems to me if you do some research.
I agree that you will certainly have a lot of fun with the Bambu printers. But we want to have our orders at last!

All my other orders from Bambu arrived within 3 days. Strange that it works here.
