Bambu Lab Shipping Delay - December 20th Update

Same issue with me; I ordered a P1S and some filaments on Dec 2. (from the German warehouse). Shipping tickets were created on the same day, but nothing changed since.
No package handed over to DPD and DHL.
No real answers from customer support.

And the €10/€20 gift code is a joke…

These actions does not give the impression of a serious company.

I would add to my previous comment that I also paid 16 EUR twice for the two order for shipping to Hungary on top of the P1S Combo price.
(I also bought separetly a plus AMS to print 8 color. So I have been waiting for my ~1200 Eur product for the 11th day now.)
That means, the 20 eur coupon actually only covers my paid shipping cost and a couple cup of coffe. :smiley:

Remaining silent is exactly what are doing the crocs and not what we are expecting from a supposed serious company.

Thats a shame.

I just called DHL and they told me that never has been shipped by Bambulab, even though DHL is mentionning the “The shipment is in transit to DHL”.

It’s not accurate, Bambulab did not even ship the item.
They have just created a Electronical registration of the shipment, and did not transmit the item.

It seems that this is just a Damage control communication.

Why Bambu Lab does not assume completely the thruth, like they are running out of stock maybe and try to save some time ?

I’ve contacted DPD and they also confirmed no package has been received. After contacting both support and ticket all I’ve got are literally lies, by putting the blame on the shipping companies. I asked proof of shipping on their side and they say they will not provide that. I guess that’s as far as you can get with them.
The chat has been going on for longer and they use the dpd tracking as “proof” that the package has been dropped, and even there it only mentions that the electronic label has been generated.

If it helps you, just put the DPD tracking number in the DPD website tracking searcher, it might update there but in bambulab webpage won’t.

Same for me! Pretty bad start with Bambulab. I was planning to start testing something else other than Prusa. It seems it was a bad decision…
After ordering the printer and lots of accessories, I have received the accessories but not the printer. So what can I do with them??
To be sincere, at this point, I would almost prefer to cancel all and send the accessories back.

Hello,
I also ordered my first Bambulab printer during the sale. Contrary to the promise of 3 working days, the printer arrived after 2 weeks.
But unfortunately it arrived with a damaged glass door, the whole glass is scattered inside the printer.
Bambulab has not yet responded to my ticket, I hope they will send me a replacement device quickly.

If it starts with such difficulties right from the start, you quickly lose interest in the product.

Hi there,
I’m over here in Ireland and ordered the X1C on 05.12.24. It was shown the same day as shipped with DPD and since that day no movement.
If it is not shipped within 24 hours from now on, I will cancel the order ( total of 2578.40€ ) and request a recharge from by Credit Card supplier as I will report this as a fraud, taken from my card. This will give me an immediate refund and BambuLab can do whatever they want to do with their order!

I see that “The shipment has arrived at the sending depot.” update appeared in my tracking.

This is horrific service. I am so fed up with bambu, my order was on the 18th November, 1 month ago!!!

Just to be clear (at least for all the germans) bambu has clearly violated several laws in the BGB, and according to the BGB we should also expect significantly higher compensation than 20 euros, I will continue to pursue this claim, maybe someone wants to join, I don’t want to cancel the order either, but I want to be rewarded for the breach of contract and the incredibly bad customer support. By the way, I ordered on 30.11 and DPD still hasnt got the package and DPD also assured me that if the package had been with them it might have taken 4 instead of 3 days but not two weeks so as everyone here already says the blame lies with bambu

Io ho fatto l’ordine il 9 dicembre e nello stesso giorno mi arriva il tracciamento che non funziona e mi dice solo che la consegna della merce al mittente e non ho notizie da giorni , il servio bambulab si rifiuta di aiutarmi chiudendo la chat per domande precise a chiu non sanno rispondere, se non mi arriva il mio ordine farò brutta pubblicità

According Bambu Lab support my printer should be with DPD.
After reaching out to DPD, they only received the order data but no package…

Thats my first 3D Printer (X1C Combo) and I have been pretty excited about it, until this really frustrating delays. On the product site its still mentioned to be shipped in 2-3 business days…

On the same boat here first combo X1C but i just saw they handed the printer over tot DPD today waited 16 days

My A1 without Combo is now given to DPD from German storage (DUS-9 Goodcang) . Ordered 01.12. and Trackingnumber since 02.12.

I’m still waiting on my X1C order, still no update after 14 days. It should ship from DUS-9 Goodcang which is like 20 min drive from my home, so maybe I can pick it up :rofl:

My P1S Combo is now given to DPD (Depot Erfstadt-Lechenich) from German storage (DUS-9 Goodcang).

Ordered / Trackingnumber: 03.12.

I’ve seen quite a few EU and US related posts, but what is the situation for Canadians? I ordered an A1 on the 7th, when shipping was “ETA ship by Dec 24”. Would I still be looking for this to ship by Dec 24, or by Dec 20? I only have 1 tracking number, which was for gift that arrived on the 12th, but nothing else. Not really complaining since I did have that Dec 24 ship ETA, but looking for some clarity.
