Considering that December 2024 is long past, I’m looking forward to seeing a February 2025 update on the (long) overdue shipments and deliveries from Bambu. Bambu, you owe your paying customers that much, don’t you think?!

Now with chinese new year coming into effect I expect no response for awhile. I ordered my A1 combo a few days ago. The website says ETD Feb 14th, and then another week on top of that if im being optimistic. So ill see how this cookie crumbles.

I guess that all depends on where you are. Here stuff is sent from a local distributor who are not affected by Chinese new year. So hopefully your A1 will arrive shortly after whatever the ETD date was when you ordered.

Just wanted to post an update. I got my printer yesterday! It was shipped from Houston, Texas and was shipped via FedEx. Left Houston 1/24/25 and was at my doorstep 1/25/25. Have been printing with it since yesterday. Only complaint I have is getting setup on VLAN separate from my PC. (not the printers fault)

Ordered in USA (ETD : January 22, 2025)

  1. P1S Ordered with Extra Filament : 1/3/25
  2. Extra Filament Shipped From NJ : 1/5/25
  3. Extra Filament and free gift delivered : 1/10/25
  4. No updates on printer shipping until: 1/22/25. Telling me that shipping had been delayed to : 1/24/25
  5. FedEx Shipping Label Printed : 1/24/25
  6. Printer Delivered 1/25/25

Don’t know if you’re familiar with Home Assistant? It’s a custom printer dashboard for control/automations.

Not only printers, it can and does control lifts, switches, cameras and more, it is home automation and beyond.

Not to ■■■■ on you because I’m really actually happy for you. It’s just hard seeing people get the same my wife ordered for me November 24th… I’ve talked to chat several times, all they say is “it’s been passed on to an investigator, they will message you within the next few hours” and then weeks go by with no emails or anything. We only get generic responses to support questions. I even tried cancelling on chat and they said “it is being investigated, thank you for your patience”

Did you pay by debit card, credit card or PayPal?

If so, depending on your country 2 or 3 of them will have a process to handle the issue for you.

Like @MalcTheOracle said your payment methods should have something in place for things like this. It’s unfortunate that you have to go that far. I would’ve done a chargeback or called my card company after 30 days of no real answers from BBL.

Did you get any sort of tracking or shipping number for whatever shipping provider is used where you live?

Totally agree that you should do a charge back. Or at the very least contact them and tell them that if it isn’t resolved in 24 or 48 hours then you will do a charge back with your credit card company. You might be surprised at how fast they can find things when they’re about to lose a sale.

Besides you’ll have prove for you bank to see you’ve done everything possible.

Thank you, we paid with a card. We got the USPS shipping label and tracking number the next day. But it never updated from “Pre-Shipment, USPS Awaiting Item” we are going to try to get our bank to charge back

For anyone looking for an incomplete timeline…

California, US

I ordered X1C from US web store on January 9th
ETD : Feb 20th
January 31 - Received email from BBL that the order is on the way. Received FedEx tracking number. FedEx tracking says “label printed”.

We’ll see what happens next.

I just got off the phone with my bank they are going to give me a full refund
