Bambu Lab Shipping Delay - December 20th Update

Ordered in Spain on January 8th and still no tracking. X1C combo :roll_eyes:

What is the ETD when you ordered? Hopefully you will get yours around then

They shipped my A1 today, bought it January 24th. U.S.

The ETD indicated approximately January 31st, but there is still no tracking number.


Two and a half months later, let’s try this again

I told them if they didn’t ship in 24hrs I’d cancel. It worked, it’s on its way

It arrived to me in about 1 week

After following along for the past month, just wanted to update here that I did receive my X1C Combo printer today!

  • Jan 5, purchase Date (showed “ETD: Feb 20” ship date at purchase time)
  • Feb 5, FedEx Shipping label created
  • Feb 6, package shipped from Rancho Cucamonga, CA
  • Feb 10, delivered

The only communication I had with support was just asking if that Feb 20 date was accurate or if it was expected earlier. They said that it was expected to ship Feb 20th as posted, but still managed to get it earlier!

I did not threaten order cancellation as others have done (though I heavily debated it, whatever works works!)

I’ll tell my sob story…

My AMS has been on order since 12/20/24… Estimated ship date at time of order was 12/25/2024.

A shipping label was created, but no progress beyond that.

I’ve done many requests for an estimated ship date, or at least confirmation that they got the request for the update. Absolutely nothing.

Here’s a link on the forum before I found this thread:

I don’t see how anyone can defend support not even acknowledging receipt of a request for an order status update. For all I know, they aren’t getting the requests, or maybe they are just ignoring them intentionallh.

Oh man that really sucks. Honestly I would send them another inquiry email. Just mention that you will initiate a chargeback on your card if you dont hear from them. 2 months past the ETD is a bit ridiculous in my opinion.

In US. Placed order for filament and some parts Thursday evening and they are already on the way for Wednesday delivery.

Im actually upset that they DID NOT require a signature for mine. I just had a lengthy argument with them about it. over $1000 worth of a printer, and its not required? Crazy to me.
