Bambu Lab Shipping Delay - December 20th Update

I ordered on 08.12.24 and I have not yet received an update. Did anyone, that has ordered at (or after) the 8th of December, already receive an update?

Ordered on 2nd Dec - today, 12/16 no status update whatsoever.

No, but people need to put their money where there mouth is. If they’re not happy about, and according to so many various threads here, they aren’t, do a charge back and move on to something else.

According to the thread about Bambu’s speculated next release, everyone else has caught up to Bambu, so there’s apparently equal or better options.

Everyone seems to be getting worked up over this shipping/no shipping issue, they’re making themselves miserable. There’s no need for that.

Charge back and buy something else. That’s the fastest way to get Bambu to fix issues.

Sounds great for those who can.

But, chargebacks etc require the bank in the country to allow it, the rules to follow not be nullified by activities BL engages in to purposely blur reality.

It requires payment to have been made using that card, it requires simplicity of orders, partly fulfilled complicates things.

Some people have paid in part or all in whole using gift cards.

It also requires BL to engage with the bank should people qualify and stop any deliveries in process when they have no idea where they are themselves.

It also requires BL to communicate in a timely manner.

All of that said, it still doesn’t mean people should be told they have no right no complain or be annoyed.

I agree 100%! I gave Bambu Support a 24hr. warning to ship the goods. If not, I’ll do a charge back through my bank/credit card supplier and go for the Prusa XL! That was my first choice anyway, but I went for BambuLab because they said shipping within 2-3 days. :nauseated_face: :face_vomiting:

I am waiting for an order since 20/11. I also did some more orders after that one, and they were delivered within 5 days by DHL. The 20/11 order is with DPD.

If this is directed at me, where did I say this?

You can’t complain if the thread is locked like they previously did.

On the one hand, it’s cool that your printer is there, but on the other hand, if it’s damaged, you have to say whether the logistics company isn’t to blame. But it’s very annoying!

Ich habe auch einen a1 combo bestellt. Am 09.12.2024 früh morgens. Da stand auch das er auf dem Lager wäre. Versand sofort. Das es jetzt so lange dauert damit habe ich nicht gerechnet und bin enttäuscht. Das filament welches ich dazu bestellt habe kam schon an.
Ich habe heute bei Paypal meinen Fall gemeldet. Ich hoffe das die mein Geld zurück buchen. Dann bestelle ich entweder einen anderen Drucker oder den a1 bei einem anderen Shop. Ich war davon ausgegangen das wenn man direkt bei ihnen bestellt der Drucker am schnellsten und unkompliziertesten kommt. Leider falsch gedacht.

Drucker X1C am 30.11.2024 bestellt.
Geliefert am 11.12.2024 mit Transportschaden.

Support versicherte den Versand der Glasplatte und Seitenabdeckung innerhalb von 24-48 Std. Noch keine Info.

Auch 8 Rollen Filament sowie eine Platte am 30.11.2024 mitbestellt.
Bis heute keine Lieferung und lauf Sendungsnummer nicht mal das Lager verlassen.

Kann zwar verstehen das durch Black Friday und Co mehr Bestellungen kamen als sonst aber grade im Einzelhandel ist mit sowas zu rechnen deswegen macht man ja auch die Angebote das man erwartet das die Verkauf zahlen steigen. Das Unternehmen gibt es ja nicht grade 4 Wochen das sowas neu wäre.

Ich bin mal auf die entschädigung gespannt…

No Printers on Stock, no updated delivery times on the product page (Prusa honestly writes there “available in 4-5 Weeks”) and still selling like hell…

Honestly, I think that was my first AND last order from BambuLab…

Thanks, approx. an hour after I wrote that message my printer status was also updated to “in transit”. At least I’m a bit less nervous now. Hope for the best for you guys who haven’t got any update yet.

I ordered on Friday 13.12.2024;
and directly received Mails with the Info :
Congrats! All of your item(s) have been shipped!

This is a lie, right ?

Now I have two tracking Numbers, and both show that they are in transit to DHL or that they have tracking info… ( this means nothing)
1x DHL = Printer
1x DPD = AMS

I hope that all your printers get delivered ASAP… I mean I only ordered three days ago…

But I still hope I will get it before christmas :smiley:

They wrote they promise that all Orders BEFORE 13. Dez. will be shipped before 20. Dez…
I hope they will handle also my order from 13. DEz. fast.

I really cannot understand, how a logistic partner or Bambu Lab, can immediately print Shipping infos/Labels, and then nothing happens …

Bambu lab is used apparently to have the delivery issue we are witnessing.
Then how we can be reensured about BL communication.
