If you search the forum for “grid infill” you will find lots of other users that have encountered the same thing.

Hi, which infill setting are you using? I notice grid infill catches on itself, change to gyroid and you may notice a difference.

Spaghetti after the second layer

Don’t use grid infill, our printers hate it and will rip it apart at high speed. I switched everything to Gyroid, though Rectilinear worked well and was faster, but it is not strong at all.
