Hi, I bought a Bamboo Lab X1C Combo and there was no damage to the packaging. When I opened the packaging and looked, I saw a crush on the left aluminum panel side, and after contacting the service, they sent me a new panel. The color of the panel was completely light gray and matte. The logo is in ash color instead of black. It is not pleasant to produce spare parts incompatible with the original product. This is a really bad production error. In addition, after giving so much money, it is a great disgrace that the product is crushed during production and deliberately put in a box and sold.
If your expectation is that a Bambu employee will:
A) Read your message.
B) Respond to your message.
C) Care about your message.
I’m afraid that is very unlikely. There is little evidence that Bambu pays attention to these forums, let alone addresses customer concerns. This is a community lead forum of fellow users.
You would be best opening a ticket, at least there, you can be given bad service directly.
