I purchased 10-19-2024 a X1C for 1400.00 now it is 999.00 for black friday sale. will I get the difference back?
The price was 1449.00 not 1400.00
You need to file a support ticket and give them heck about it, don’t be too heckin’ mad but put a bit of pressure that you would like to retro-actively receive this deal due to the very small timeframe involved, they don’t want a user starting out with such a bad taste in their mouth do they? DO THEY?!?!

$1449 would have been for the combo - sale price on that is $1199.
If they won’t refund the difference, you still have time to return the combo and re-order at the sale price.
But they will not do anything unless you contact them.

Go to their website and click the chat option, or go to the FAQ. There is a form you can fill out that if you ordered within a certain timeframe they will give you the difference in a gift card/code. You will not get a refund.
That said, I ordered basically the same time you did. I filled out the form and didn’t hear anything. I ended reaching out to customer support. They saw my completed form and send me a gift code for $250. So with the new BF sale, I ordered another AMS. Just had to pay shipping.
