Bambu Labs Down? - my Printer won't connect

Just got my printer a few days agao everything’s been fine.
Just went to send another job to the printer and it won’t connect.
Tested my network – fine to the router & to the internet…?
but I keep getting an OFFLINE message in the Bambu Handy app. and a
failed to connect to the printer in studio PC app.

can’t someone Help?
I sliced my project saved to SD card and am printing manually.

Upper left corner of Studio still shows you signed in ?

if I go to Device

I first get Connecting … then 20-30 seconds get failed.

Have you already tried signing out closing Studio then opening and signing in again ?

Also I’d make sure that in the general menu using the touch screen that the device number showing on the screen matches the device number in Studio

The pics you popped up are from the home menu in Studio

Make sure you go to Device in the slicer to check for a match

Ok… tried loging out and back in … same thing.

I went to the X1 and saved/exported system log to SD card, then went into account, to get my printer device # etc… the QR code popped up on the touch screen, when I was about to take a photo of the screen … it scanned the code instead of taking the photo. It lead me to a webpage that asked if I wanted to bind the printer to my account. I said YES, then everything started working again!
