first post on the forum. absolutely love my x1c. lots of successful prints until i attempted a easter bunny print using ams with bbl white pla mixed with bbl pla satin purple/blue. the satin says its ams compatible yet the filament is constantly throwing the jammed filament error. when you look at the filament it looks frayed like the wheels that feed into the extruder cant grip it and just frays it causing it to wear down and jam. i had to cut off pieces, pull it out and refeed. did that like 5 times and just canceled the print and used a basic bbl pla. worked fine in the same ams slot.
anyone else experience this type issue? i wasted half a roll of the satin troubleshooting. at one point the two colors look like they unfused. wonder if its just a bad roll. does bbl warrant it? just got it last week.
