Bambu not printing on second print

Noob looking for some help.
I was able to print the benchy last week. This week I sent a file from the studio and it went through all the calibration steps without error and moved on to printing.

However, it did not extrude any fillament during any of the calibration steps and it hang on printing the first drop of fillament. It does feel like it pulls in fillament dring the flow callibration, but nothing comes out.

I have no idea why it could only print a single print (without error) and then died. Any insight would be greatly appreciated :frowning:

I’ve also stopped the print from inside the studio but the printer keeps trying to print anyway. I used the cold pull method and pulled what was left of the fillament from the nozzle, also recalibarated with the clean nozzle step. Am I missing something? Do i need to buy a new nozzle for every print maybe?

So the problem turns out to be me not standing next to the printer while it does it’s flow calibration. Halfway through the flow calibration the extrusion stops for some reason and I have to manually push the filament deeper into the hot-end so it can catch it again and then it will start extruding again and the print will be okay. On each print I need to do this manual step or the print fails

Sounds like you might not be printing hot enough and the extruder is grinding a groove in the filament.

Try printing 10c hotter.
