Bambu Order Seized by USPS For Counterfeit Postage

Now you have two? And you haven’t learned anything? Check the USPS official site. It looks very much like your third party tracker is being used to scam you.

OK Dave. Do you wear a tinfoil hat or just throw out whatever you feel?

USPS tracking official. If you note that it plainly says it’s been seized. It’s in good ole red white n blue. Probably has too much red.

OH NO! 17 track says the exact same thing!! Conspiracy? Lieing? Could it be that it’s been seized by the USPS?

Both of my packages were sent from Anycubic, one from the ebay outlet and the other from official site. Both sent through YunExpress which has had no issue with the post office and postage used. YunExpress has not got back to me yet, but one has already been reshipped.

Now to address this. On what fact/information/fever dream do you come up with something like this? There is basis no for this statement. None.

And this is from my tracker of choice. Enjoy. (tracking number hidden by me)

Well your doing better than me I guess. My automated search has only captured a few posts on reddit and a few here and there, almost none in the past week. Reddit has 2 reports, one on USPS and one on UPS. Only legal action has been the USPS effort to crack down on counterfeit postage, particularly one company -YDH Express, Inc. and it’s owner.

Perhaps it’s been an ongoing issue. However I wonder how much of this is being “caught” because of…well untrained personnel or other reasons.

This is what’s going on.
As of September 26, 2025, USPS launched the Counterfeit Postage Reporting System (CPRS) to help consumers report fake stamps and labels more easily.

USPS is warning consumers not to fall for online deals offering Forever® stamps at steep discounts (20–50% off), which are often counterfeit. Inspectors have seized over $16 million in fake stamps since October 2024. this i gotta laugh at .

and this updated policy:Items mailed with counterfeit postage are now considered abandoned and may be opened or disposed of at USPS’s discretion.

So either BL and other printer manufacturers are buying bulk from a 3rd party, or they were willing to destroy their business by buying fake postage in bulk themselves, or they themselves had no idea. Could be from column one or two or some of both.

Could be a distraction. Who knows what’s in those files?

I want to add. In my experience with a small and medium company that ships goods the UPS bills can be insane to keep track of, and they were payable goods invoiced. IE weren’t paid until after they were shipped, this was a contract. I struggle to believe BL or any other company doesn’t contract out shipping. They may package it for shipping but after that they get billed.
So a shipping company could buy fake and counterfeit postage, ship a product or tons of products with it, then bill the first party in full, pocketing the difference.

You said you were using third-party trackers. In any event, there is a scam going on, as others have also noted.
