Bambu P1S - Print Issues with PETG

Whats inside model, sometimes walls get shrinkage/blown out with infill or ledges.

Benchy chimney irregular

What might be the problem if the chimney of a Benchy isn’t “flat” or irregular like on the picture? [IMG_20231024_141508] The black one is in Polymaker Polylite, the white one Extrudr GreenTEC white. I also tried PETG and it’s the same there. I thought that the nozzle temperature is maybe to high and causes too much flow, so I reduced it to 220° (240° before) but it didn’t help much.
