“Suddenly” I have a lack of adhesion, I say sudden, because it started when I used Bambu Basic PLA black.
I have had the printer about a month.

I did print with the supplied green starter roll.
I purchased three rolls of basic PLA with the printer, however have been printing fine with old bargain PLA. Downloaded models and new models made in Fusion 360 and all models have been with Bambu Studio
In fact I printed one model using up various used rolls utilizing the filament detection.
However, I started a print (my own model) with some old PLA, it was running fine until the filament got tangled, about 20% in. So I loaded brand new out of the package Bambu PLA, zero adhesion.
I ran the full calibration.
Washed the plate with Dawn blue and a scotchbrite pad, dried and wiped with 100% IPA
Returned to Auto Bed Level at every print.
These all failed.
I uninstalled Bambu Studio, then reinstalled from the OG downloaded file did not update(!!)
I went back to the “tangled” PLA, by unrolling it and babysitting the roll, all good, until it ran out. So I loaded the Bambu PLA and when the print was finished, the Bambu, split from the Bargain PLA.
I ditched that model.
Back to the Bambu PLA and a Thingverse print, having two parts.
Added 2 loops and height of brim and skirting, increased bed temp to 65.
Second part popped off on about layer 5.
Brim had good adhesion and did initial extrusion line, the line on the edge (other initial lines have slide right off)
Again, I have done nothing to this printer, never cleaned the bed, every model has printed fine for the last month, maybe 100 parts. Only when I started the Bambu PLA, has everything gone wrong. Returning to the Bargain PLA the print went well, back to Bambu, garbage.
The instructions asked me to describe the situation in as much details.
You mis read the sequence:
The tangled roll (the filament on the roll crossed over and wouldn’t unroll) did cause the problem, in fact it printed fine until it bound up.
I reject cleanliness of the bed because the older filaments worked fine.
I’m opening another batch of Bambu filament and trying it.
One would assume Bambu knows what setting work with their PLA and those were the settings I used.
There are a few things that can really drive people up a wall and one is bed adhesion.
There have been posts here on IPA and build plates and how it can cause problems. I’ve never used it to know. I only wash them with dish soap and have always had success until the build plate itself was wearing out.
I’m not saying your plate(s) is/are worn out. Just saying they can lose stiction over time and that seems to be where the Scotchbrite comes in.
Depending on the plate you might check into glues. Some curse them but glue can really help sometimes. Bambu liquid glue is what has kept my textured PEI plates viable and working great. Using it lets me print very complex designs without lifting.
Glue does two things - one is it can help hold models down. But another use is if models would stick down too strong. It provides an interface that can be pulled apart.
And last issue that can affect models sticking down to plates and interlayer adhesion is moisture in filament. Filament likes to absorb moisture and that water can cause all sorts of issues. Many threads here on moisture in filament but if new to you, just know that new filament doesn’t necessarily mean dry. The bags filament gets packed in let water diffuse in slowly. The desiccant just scavenges what it can. Brand new filament fresh out of the bag can have too much water to print and adhere well and it all depends on what happened to the filament before it got to you.
If it’s moisture causing you problems you’ll need to look into how to mitigate that and that depends a lot on your ambient environment and what your humidity level generally is.
I haven’t use glue in all the years of printing, I don’t feel the need to start.
I use laboratory grade IPA (Gigabit), it should remove any oils or solubles without any residue
