I have tried using the spool of black pla-cf that came with my x1 carbon. I dried it in my dehydrator for about 30 hours. I calibrated the filament. When I try printing with it my hot end jams. There isn’t much issue getting it out and then cleaning the hotend, but I have the same issue every time. Does anyone know if the heat settings that Bambu has set for it are the correct ones or not?
I have allready print all the 250gr of the supplied black PLA CF without any problems, after then till today about 750gr of PETG CF from IEMEI and 800gr of PLA CF from ERYONE.
My X1-Carbon is about 5 weeks old, but now i have to change the filament cutterblade, because sometimes i got error-messages concerning filament, that cannot remove from the extruder.
Perhaps you shall try the PEI plate or use the gluestick on your Cold-Plate, also try to increase the hotbedtemperature. Preset says 0°C, you can set the temperature either to 35° or 45° for your CF Filament.
Its noy an issue of it not sticking, it’s not extruding it will extrude just a little before it starts skipping I guess but there isnt any marks on the filament.

Wich nozzle do you use the hard steal 0,4mm or a smaller one.
Perhaps your nozzle is a bit constipated and the CF particles will not pass.
What will happen if you try to put your filament directly into the printhead, without the PTFE , heaten the nozzle about 240° and touch the xtrude on your display. Will it extrude or not, if not i thing you have to chance the nozzle and give it a try.
I am deal with the matter 3D Printing since over 6 years and have several other issue with other printers in all these years, while printing several Kg of Filament
I figured it out, my hot end was partially plugged after about 5 cold pulls and it printed fine.
