Since Bambu Lab doesn’t currently offer a platform for filament reviews, I wanted to share my experience here, specifically regarding their multicolor filaments.
I’ve purchased the Dual Color blended Blue-Purple filament and, in my opinion, it doesn’t print particularly well. The color transition is very subtle, and it’s difficult to tell that it’s dual-color once printed.
I’ve also tried two of their Gradient Tri-Color filaments. Visually, they look gorgeous on the spool and in larger prints. However, the gradient transition is extremely gradual, which means the effect only becomes visible on big models. For smaller prints, it’s barely noticeable. If at all. I really wish Bambu offered a “fast-gradient” version for small to medium-sized prints.
I haven’t yet tested their tri-color blended materials, but I plan to try them next.
