Bought two spools of Red PLA and got two different finishes. Contacted support and waiting for a reply.
Isn’t one Matte and the other Basic?
It looks that way.
@ChrisHead Assuming you have an AMS, what does it read the spools as?

I thought the same but both are reading basic PLA.
And, you might get different printed colors even when the filament on the spool looks exactly the same. It is something we live with.
There has been speculation that Bambu uses multiple filament suppliers…
