I have heard that the Bambu Filament refills are compatible with the SUNLU spools, but SUNLU seems to have 3 different sizes. Does anyone know which of the 3 spools works with Bambu Refills?

Not particularly. That seems to be the older style spool, which I guess answers my question, that yes it’s possible with that adapter. But the 3rd Gen sunlu spool (with the extra inner rings) I believe solves this. Just wanting to confirm if bambu refills fit that style without any additional printing.
As far as I know the answer is no, but I found a use for the Sunlu spools. I buy Eryone carboard spool filament (they are a Sunlu sub-brand) and use them to refill the Sunlu plastic spools with an adaptor I made.
The opposite way around to your question - but might help with tracking down the answer. These Sunlu refills seem to fit fine into BL spools, so I guess Sunlu spools to go with these will probably also be compatible with BL refills.

Found out they do work. Just need to go measure the diameter later today, but from the pics, it looks like Gen 3.

Sunlus new-ish 3rd gen spools work perfectly with Bambu Lab refills, right out of the box.
I use them without any special spacers or prints or whatever.
Sunlu has article from feb 2025 about the intro to the new spools.
They have nice pictures, to help you tell them apart.

I have a v3 spool. creality PETG refills fit BL spools perfectly. I found the creality PETG spools fit the sunlu, however the nub for the cardboard notch was a tad too small creating a lot of wobble… so I would assume the same would be true for bambu. Tough to say! Had the same thing with elegoo refills, which fit BL spools perfectly as well.
I don’t buy bambu often because I rarely buy 4x spools at a time, you kinda have to in order to get the filament at a decent price.
From personal experience I can say that the new sunlu reusable spool that came with PLA 2+ (i.e. the new spool) is compatible with bambu
