Bambu refill spools- filament getting stuck

Lol it sensors your, this is a 4 letter word that indicates its not good.

Anyone tried this to avoid the jam? A search on makerworld for "
Filament guide for AMS saver (BETA)" seems like it’d help.

I was loading two PLA filaments I bought online from SUNLU and there was a loading problem: after pushing the filament all the way through, one step of the loading process always goes wrong.

The problem is when I try take the filaments out the printer won’t let me unload and I can’t pull them out manually.

I just bought my printer less than five days ago and I’m new to 3d printing. When I search online for answers either I don’t know what they’re talking about or isn’t the right information because my printer is new.

I REALLY need help.

I don’t understand what I did wrong since I’ve been following all the instructions from online and have only been using PLA basic/PLA marble/PLA dual silk.

Yea, it happens too much to trust their refills in the AMS unattended. The side binding is so bad I won’t be buying their refills moving forward but get to deal with 4 more I still have. I’ll stick with Playmaker’s cardboard spools.

They help prevent the AMS retracting and pushing the filament in there, but it doesn’t help with the wonky refills that sag on the sides and overlap because there is no support next to the edges.

I hope it is just a recent batch issue as the holiday season evidentially was crazy for them. Every refill I have ordered I put together correctly and queue snag when I’m away. This is poor substandard quality control or faulty product design. I can tear off cardboard spools and use them in BL spools and have zero issues. But use BL rolls on BL spool and you have to pray this one goes smoothly, it won’t.

Never had an issue with Elegoo filament on Bambu spools, but indeed Bambu refill filament on Bambu spools is nothing but snags and jams, actually insane and frustrating at this point.

I have been using the refills for a long time, and recently at least half of the spools are wrapped very poorly and get jammed constantly, even though I have done all the tips suggested here. I have to babysit prints to be sure it doesn’t get tangled up and stop feeding. I like the price and colors available, but will be looking at some other filament to switch to. This is getting silly.
