I ordered a ps1 a month ago and they sent it to the correct address , so late Thursday night I ordered 2A1 printers . They have my card and address on file . After I completed the order a pin came up and said it was shipping to an address in Alabama that I lived at 2 years ago . I live in Florida. Don’t know how they even got that address.i emailed right away but no response till today saying they could not help to call ups so I did and they could not help me , so my printers are being shipped 315 miles from my house . Now I have to find out how to get my printers
I have read a lot of bad reviews about them and I should have listened. Just my two words about there support .
Your browser probably auto filled it with your old address.

Go sign up for UPS MyChoice. It’s like $20 a year. It will let you re-direct the package to any address.

I was on chat with ups all morning they never mentioned anything like that to me .
If you haven’t set up UPS choice yet, you might want to do that as soon as possible. If the package is delivered and the person accepts the package, you are probably going to have a hell of a time trying to resolve it.
It would be best for you to fix the situation before it is delivered.
