Using 1.8.2.56 Bambu Slicer. Object looks fine, but printed with a gap on the left side. I didn’t catch it in the preview as the opening was facing away.

I had reduced the original size of the object to 80%. Maybe that caused the wall to thin too much?

I tried running “fix model” on the object, but still has the error.

Printing on X1C w current firmware.

Yes, this is because the wall thickness is smaller than the nozzle can print. The solutions are to increase the wall thickness or decrease your nozzle size.

First week printing 3d.

I will now rotate the sliced preview to check for anomalies.
