Bambu slicer is so slow, should I switch?

The bambu studio software is really slow right now, and I constantly have to open and close the app for it to work for even five minutes. Should I switch to snapmaker orca slicer, or keep it the same, or something else?

Kind of depends on what you want to do. My personal opinion is stay with the slicer that was designed for the printer. Mostly because I’m lazy and not looking to complicate things.

For your slowness issue, you may want to look and see if there’s an update, reinstalling the software, or rolling it back to a known working version until an update comes out. If none of that works, and you’ve ruled out your computers own performance, then I’d look into trying out other software.

Thank you, I will do this, I don’t think it is my computer, as I have a gaming laptop. I will try those other things, thank you!
