I noticed after few prints on both sides that after each next print I have more trouble with the print quality. I decided to print some first layer test and I faced a disaster. What may cause such tragedy?
I printed textured plate first, then changed plate type, resliced, made bed leveling at start and got unacceptable results. Under fingers plate is quite smooth, but not 100%, there are extremely tiny bubbles.
What should I do and test in such situation?
Textured plate is acceptable, I took picture after I removed test print to check bed side.
How are you cleaning your bed? The Smooth plate shows fingerprints pretty well and I can see shiny spots on yours where the print failed.
Yes, I clean bed frequently, typically with water+soap+kitchen sponge. Anyway, I cleaned it again as good as I could (old prints stay at plate anyway), tried to not leave fingerprints and anything and print again.
I looked like an idiot, but that’s how it goes sometimes. Thank you for spot fingerprint problem.
This is the result - cleaning + print:
I was concerned because I had failed prints like this one and I got those bubbles that are described in the wiki:
In general the blue print finished without spaghetti but I felt I have to fix something.
