Bambu Lab should allow customers to place orders for filament that is temporarily out of stock.
I spend a lot of time checking for filament to come back in stock. I may receive an email saying an item is available, but by the time I see the email and try to place an order, it is already out of stock again.
Instead of requiring customers to repeatedly check inventory, Bambu Lab should allow us to place an order or backorder for out-of-stock filament. The order could then be filled automatically when inventory becomes available.
To make the process fair, backorders should be fulfilled in the same order they were placed—first ordered, first filled. This would be much more convenient for customers and would eliminate the frustration of repeatedly trying to catch a brief restock window.
