With the update to Bambu Studio 1.7.3.50 slicing thin walls seem to lose details. I am using the default profile ‘0.020mm standard @BBL P1P’ you can see stl pre-slice has several thin wall lines and small dots are left in their place after the slice. I tried for 2 similar models and it happened for both.
I sliced these same models on Bambu Studio 1.7.1.62 without any issues on the same profile.
1.7.3.50 returned the default wall generator to “Classic” instead of “Arachne” (due to issues with overhang detection). I think you might just need to switch to the “Arachne” wall generator (it’s on the “Quality” tab in the “Wall generator” section).
