I just updated Bambu Studio 2.1.0 to the new version 2.1.1 and no longer see all my personal threads in User Preset and have been moved to Unsupported and my personal Print Preset. I logged out, rebooted my pc, closed Bambu Studio, opened it again and logged in, but I have the same problem despite I confirm the import of my custom filaments. I uninstalled the new version 2.1.1 and reinstalled the 2.1.0, but now I have the same problem. I did the same operations as before, to see if it settled, but nothing happened. Has anyone had the same problem? If he solved it, how did he do it?
The update changed the printer from my X1C to a P1S. My presets reappeared once I selected the correct printer.

Upgrade didn’t change my printer like you. I’ve added X1C to my printer list and it works for me! Now I’ve my P1S and all my personal User Preset! Thank you so much!!!

This has happened to me too. I have an A1 and all my pre-sets on both filament and printer have ALL vanished. HOWEVER when I select X1C printer they reappear? But I do not have an X1C and never had have only an A1. I can see the pre-sets for the X1C but as soon as I go to select my A1 printer to print something all the pre-sets vanish again!
I have been on with this all day and it is driving me nuts. I was supposed to be printing something to use this weekend but I cannot get to my pre-set for a specific filament I have spent hours setting up just right. I spent 2 hours loading a new pre-set this afternoon in my A1. I saved it but when I click the drop down menu there is no sign of it but it is in the ‘help’ section! PLEASE can anyone help?
