I have recently upgraded to 4 AMS systems. I have also sent in a ticket on this issue, however, they sent it back telling me to come here, because they apparently can’t facilitate or review their tickets, or possibly not even send them onward, they did however, recommend I post on here instead, stating their techs review the forums constantly, but, apparently, not tickets sent directly to them.
So the issue, I have noticed that when I am printing, and using more than one AMS for my colors, after all, I paid good money to get the ability to use 16 potential colors, the program does not switch in Bambu Studio to the affected AMS system in use, it stays on the first foremost left AMS selected AMS system only.
I have to click on one of the other 3 AMS I selected if I want to see/ensure it is working if not printing from the left foremost AMS, and I am wondering why this has not been corrected/fixed in QC from the company? It also won’t switch back unless I reselect the foremost left AMS system, if I start a new print.
This is an obvious feature for the program to work properly I feel. After all, why have ways to click on them, but, not allow the program to switch to the AMS in use?
Hope to see this feature added, feel it should have been added the first time an AMS clickable slot was added to Bambu Studio in the first place, especially after a second selector for AMS was added, etc…
