Bambu Studio Calibration problems

Hi

Bambu Studio calibration issues with and X2D

Why is bambu studio unable to run through any calibration actions if there is no filament loaded in the auxiliary nozzle?

I am trying to run a manual calibration on one fillament only on the main nozzle via the AMS. I have no need to calibrate any thing on the auxiliary and need to sort out issues on a single on the main nozzle.
Bambustudio (stable version 2.7.x), starts by flat out refusing to do anything until I have loaded a filament. I seem to have no obvious way of selecting which nozzle I want to run the calibration from. I try reset the auxiliary to nothing - which results in a incompatible filament (instead of empty), then bambu studio just crash one I hit the calibrate button.

I then have to resort to Orcaslicer, which, through series of different crashes eventually allow me to calibrate what I need to.

Any ideas?

In addition to all this, if i load a filament to shut the issue, the calibration automatically switches to the auxiliary. How can I bambu studio doing this and calibrate the filament that I actually need to work on.

I also tried unloading the auxiliary and setting to Generic PLA. There is no way to actually turn of in the Device tab.

As soon as I attempt to calibrate the main nozzle, (after switching to it), the process stops and tells me to feed the filament into the auxiliary. Surely this cannot be how it is expected to work?
