After sliceing the Object I want to send the file to the X1. After 10% the Bambu Studio crashing. The same issue when I try to save the g code on my sd card.
The log:
17:41:02: BambuStudio got an unhandled exception: Serializing NaN
Every model failed with the same crash. reinstalling doesnt help

I have the exact same problem and no one is talking about it. Some folks have recommended right click > fix, but it doesn’t matter what model I use so I don’t think it’s a polygon issue. Did you ever find a fix?
Edit - I figured it out. I knew that NaN was a Javascript thing, so I went digging through the configuration folder. I backed up my slicer profiles, found in
{harddrive}/users/{user}/AppData/Roaming/BambuStudio/user/{random numbers}/process
Then I unistalled Bambu Studio, deleted the entire BambuStudio folder, then reinstalled. I noticed that when unistalling the latest stable version, there is no option for “delete user data”, but the public beta v1.06.00.65 does have a “delete user data” option when unistalling. Checking that box when unistalling is the same as deleting this folder manually in the stable version.
After Bambu Studio is reinstalled, File>Import>Import Configs is where you can import your backed up slicer profiles! And, fixed!!

Same issue. Mine slices fine then goes to send and stops cold at 30% then crashes. Done it multiple times with muliple files. Its itermittent though. It worked fine just an hr ago. Then send again and crashed. Had this problem before and and IT friend was able to update some stuff and seemed to fix it. He tried yesterday and nada.
