Bambu Studio Collections Issue

In the last couple of days I keep getting “please refresh the page and try again” in Bambu Studio when trying to view saved items in my collections. It shows me the first 8-12 items and at the bottom there is just a green semi circle spinning. I’ve rebooted studio, my macbook and logged out/back in to my account without resolution. Saw a recent post on Reddit with many sharing the same issue in the last two days. I can see complete collection without issue in Handy app.

Same issue - was there an update that crashed the Collections feature? Hoping for a fix soon, that is the best way to organize prints

Issue seems to have resolved for me overnight. I did nothing and it has magically started working. I will vent for a minute though. This is what has been frustrating as a new user to both 3d printing and Bambu. Maybe it’s my fault that I assumed Bambu to be the “apple” of 3d printing where things generally just work. I opened a support ticket on this and CS finally replied today asking for a TON of information from me including videos of it occurring AFTER it’s seemed to be resolved. I’ve spent a considerable amount of money with the Bambu ecosystem (two Bambu printers, Bambu parts/accessories and tons of rolls of Bambu filament), but I constantly feel like service is lacking and always asking for me to do their legwork. How did we get to this place where companies take so much of our money and expect us to help resolve their issues too? I would bet most of the stuff they asked me for the average person would not know where to even find the info.
