Hi, anyone else experiencing Bambu Studio crashing as soon as you send a print to the printer? It starts the print, but I have to start the Studio back up every time now.
I get this on a MacBook Pro. Happens all the time.
I also get this on MacBook Pro. As soon as I send the print, it crashes
I work on a MacBook Pro as well, must be a bug in the software then.
Yes, get exactly the same on a Mini Mac, very frustrating, works fine and then after a sent print (this prints fine) Studio just crashes…
Hello,
this has been reported in this thread:
To which I replied:
I keep getting crashes after sending print jobs as well.
Best we can do is to send a crash report to the software developers on Github. The more they receive, the more likely they will fix it.
It’s really annoying + I’m not able to give Creators reviews/stars that they deserve.
Submitting a Crash Report on MacOS
- open the Console app
- pick Crash Reports on left column
- select the Bambu Studio entry that corresponds to your latest crash time
- Copy the entire text from the field below
- paste it in TextEdit
- Save text on Desktop
- In Finder use right click to Compress the file
- Go to https://github.com/bambulab/BambuStudio/issues/3794
- You probably need to create an account
- Reply, explain the crash and attach your compressed file
Interestingly, I use SketchUp as my drawing app. In the Sketchup forum, there are many reports of SketchUp crashing on Mac products
it happens to me any time I use a downloaded m3f from makerworld.
Just got my X1C, I do run Bambu Lab on M3Max MacBookPro and also on iPhone. In about 2 weeks of use, it has crashed once. It recovered just fine.
Still an issue for me as well. It happens when I click the Open “Open in Bambu Studio” button on MakerWorld, open 3MF files and when I send print jobs to the Cloud in Bambu Studio.
