Bambu Studio Error 3010

I was printing no issues next print in I get encountered this error

Can’t figure out what to do turn my ethernet to private, reset both printer and PC.

I have this exact issue as of yesterday.

restarted the printers, computer, everything…
re-installed bambu studio
logout and back in
I was using wireless, switched to wired…
I updated my xfinity modem

Able to print from my phone using bambu handy…
Able to print from my computer by the following steps.

  1. send print normally… get error
  2. click Device
  3. click Storage
  4. click Model
    The model IS uploaded to the SD Card… (weird right)
  5. Select Model
  6. Select Print
  7. Send model… AND it printed fine from there…

The error I get is:
Error code: -3010
Error desc: Check the current status of the Bambu Lab Server by clicking on the link above.
Extra info: [http code]: 403
[reason]: internal blocking

When looking up the error code on Bambu wiki, it says this code is for:
-3010
failed to request project id
Sending printing failed. Please check the network try again.

Not sure what else I can do, and I think the error is on bambu’s end kinda.

So I found a thread from Sept 2024 where people had the same issue and it was an issue on Bambu’s end.

I am going to put in a tech support ticket i guess…

I saw the same thing today. Reset the network and now I’m getting can’t connect to cloud which in turn prevents me from connecting to my printer

I have exact same problem. It happened after the printer did some updates. I submitted a ticket and now waiting. Super annoying how you have to include a bunch of files & info that is probably meaningless to the issue. The printer prints fine, just can’t upload a file for printing.

For me it was resolved next day. Perhaps it was an issue on their end… at any rate it is working now and I’m able to send my prints through the cloud once again.

Same error for me to, i can print from myphone only, not from PC
