I like to work on 3D stuff on the bus (with no internet), but if Bambu Studio is launched offline it freezes for ~1.25 seconds every ~2 seconds, making it infuriating to use.
This has been an issue for the last few versions, including 2.2.1.60 and 2.2.0.85. I am using Windows 11.
I just downloaded studio and it locks up on the “prepare” page. I can still access other settings and tabs, but the plate display locks up and then doesn’t return. I don’t have a printer connected yet, so I’m wondering if that’s the problem. (sort of similar to your issue… remotely)
This issue was better for a few versions in late 2025, but in version 2.4.0.70 it’s back. Now there’s a pop-up warning every ~5 seconds when not connected to the internet, which I have to keep dismissing over and over again.
