Bambu Studio ignores painted support removal

Hello everyone,

I’m having an issue with unwanted supports in Bambu Studio. I’ve attached the .3mf file, which contains a section of the M-Jet Ragnarok boat.

Despite manually removing the supports and using the painted support areas to prevent them, Bambu Studio still generates supports inside the vertical holes.

Interestingly, the exact same model and settings work as expected in OrcaSlicer, the vertical holes are left completely unsupported.

Is this a bug in Bambu Studio? If not, how do you handle this issue?

Update: I found the cause. What I initially thought was support is actually an inner brim. After disabling the inner brim, the holes are completely clear.
