Just updated Studio to v2.6.0.51
My AMS2Pro has PLA+, PLA-Matte, PLA-Regular, and PETG.
I am trying to print an object in PETG, but when I slice it, Bambu Studio insists on ignoring the presence of the PETG, even though it shows as the selected filament for the model in the Prepare tab. After slicing, the filament is the PLA from Slot 1 no matter how I change the settings. Filaments are mapped in the H2C Device tab and synched to the Prepare menu.
OK, disregard this one. Apparently the model is bad. I tried some different ones and they all worked fine. Sorry.

Post the model and we can have a look see.
I am also experiencing the same issue. I plan to downgrade to version 02.05.03.61 to verify if this is a problem specific to version 02.06.00.51.
Even after downgrading the version, the issue remained. I eventually noticed that color painting had been applied, even though I never did it myself. Anyway, once I cleared all the painting from each object, the filament changed correctly.
