Bambu Studio introducing gap in model

Hi,

For the past two weeks I’ve had an error with bambu studio (and orca). When slicing a certain STEP file, the slicer removes a portion of the model. This did not happen ~3 weeks ago, and it does not happen in for example the Prusa slicer.

What could be causing this?

Try Bambu Studio with Arachne wall generator on (default is Classic). Maybe that wall is very thin.

Thank you for the input, I have tried Arachne as the wall generator and the result is the same. The wall has sufficient thickness:

Solved using ‘Repair’ in the rightclick menu when selecting the model (prepare tab).
