For the last week or so, Bambu Studio has been very slow to send prints to my printer. Using “Print Plate”, a file I just tried sending is approximately 7.5m and it took almost 5 mins to send it to the cloud. It then switched to my Device tab and just sits there never printing the print. I have to go to the USB drive and print it from there.
Are Bambu’s servers throttling prints or are they this slow? Since I haven’t seen anyone else complaining I thought I’d bring it up here.

Bambu Studio v2.5.0.70, also does it on v2.4.0.70 as well.

Of course, this depends on the size of your file. Transferring a cube, for example, may take 1–2 minutes. However, if you are uploading a giant, detailed sculpture, it may take several minutes. If I understand correctly, your file is 7.5 Megabytes? That sounds reasonable and shouldn’t be a problem.
I think your estimate of around five minutes is reasonable. There’s nothing to worry about. It could also be due to your internet provider. Just because your internet connection is generally fast doesn’t mean it has a fast connection to the Bambu server. Similarly, there are days when the Bambu servers themselves are slow.
However, if you say:
If that doesn’t work, the problem is definitely with your network or internet provider, not Bambu. If there were an issue with Bambu Cloud, the forum, Reddit and Discord would be flooded with complaints immediately.
Change the DNS (basically the phone book that decodes addresses) or alternatively use a VPN. Also check your router to see if it needs an update.
Thanks, I never thought to see if my router needed updating. There was an update available and after installing it the same file took approximately 10 seconds to send to the cloud and immediately started the print.
I pretty much knew the issue was on my end since the natives would have been complaining for sure. Anyway, thank you for the tips!
